FAST DELIVERY
I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my friend who is recently bereaved. They arrived the following day.
I hadn't seen the flowers, of course, but she said they were beautiful.

Review of Candyclaws
I have my own nails "done" at a salon every couple of months, but I thought they needed to be left for a while. I bought extra-short Candy Claws nails after seeing an advert on Facebook.
I prepared my nails as per the instructions - cut them, filed them, and cleaned them with the small wipe enclosed. I stuck the nails on with glue at 9pm, went to bed an hour later - all ok. Fine when I showered and washed my hair this morning. I put my umbrella up to go out and TWO nails had come off (one on each hand, different fingers) and must have fallen off outside. Useless,

Had a trip to Stratford-upon-Avon recently. After the usual pick-up of passengers in Nottingham city centre and Derby, we got there 3 hours later. We were dropped off at the leisure centre car park and left to look around Stratford. There is a good selection of shops, cafes and pubs, as well as the usual tourist attractions of Anne Hathaway's cottage and a museum. Those of us who had booked to go on a boat trip were asked to be back at the coach for 1.30pm - to then be driven to the boat, which was silly, as we'd walked from where the boats were docked, back to the coach. Two of the passengers hadn't paid (but were still allowed to go on the boat trip). My advice - Book a boat trip on your own, at your own leisure. The trip took about an hour. The riverside park is beautiful and was very popular - lots of families, as well as dozens of swans, geese and ducks on the river. The journey home took 3 hours. The driver was friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant day out.

Review of Glasses2You
I had some glasses from Glasses 2 You recently, as per my prescription from SpecSavers. They looked nice but I've been unable to get on with them - I persevered for a couple of weeks, thinking I'd get used to the - they made me feel a bit dizzy, and certains things were either in double or blurry. I emailed Glasses 2 You, explained things, and got a very prompt reply. I re-sent my prescription but this time with the distance between pupils (I had to ring the optician to ask for it ). Glasses 2 You have said they're in the process of making me a new pair of glasses - for free! What brilliant service. I'll be buying reading glasses from them now, and will also recommend the company to family and friends.

Review of Yours Clothing
I bought the Curve White Pointelle Cardigan specifically to wear with a couple of black and white dresses I've got.
It arrived recently. It certainly isn't white at all—it's more of a beige/natural colour, so it doesn't match anything I've already got. It is advertised as being made from "a soft knitted fabric". Wrong again, it's a heavy, stiff cotton.
It isn't at all what it's advertised as, but because it was in the sale, and it's a bind to return it (and pay for delivery), I'll keep it.

Review of Shapedly
If I could give a MINUS figure, I would. I ordered a bra on 10th March and received it about a week later. It doesn't fit well, and I need to return it. The website claims "easy returns," which is a complete lie. Customers have to email the company to get an address to send things back. So far, I've emailed the company 8 times (had 2 replies, not at all helpful). I still haven't had an address so have no idea of how to return the bra. I'm now lumbered with it.
Review of Yours Clothing
I received 2 dresses today - one smells quite unpleasant (a chemical smell), the material is thin and cheap. The other - it arrived all coiled round, as though it had been wrung. Honestly, really awful. I looked at the online returns form, and put the order number and email address in. Not recognised, so I tried the order number and my postcode. Not recognised. The order number is the one they emailed me with. There is nobody there after 5pm (not very good for people who go to work all day), so I've emailed them. So, until I get a call or email, I can't send these things back. Poor.

Review of The Post-Mortem Live
When I booked our tickets last August (2023), I had an email to say that the venue would be decided later - I didn't receive ANY notification of the confirmed date, time or place at all. Had my daughter not reminded me about it, I would have forgotten. I had to look on the website to get the details.
The presenter (an actor) spoke very quickly, at length, the entire time. He was very well-rehearsed though.
The stench of the organs was horrible - the entrails are all from pigs.
The most interesting part was dissecting the lungs, heart, and trachea.
Also - the absolute rip-off price of £20 to park! On school grounds. Despite me having a blue badge. The information pack was just really a couple of sheets in a folder, and, at £12, was not worth the money.

I placed an order on 21st February. It didn't arrive. I sent lots of emails (and received answers from "Lauren")
TWENTY - TWO messages in total. asking where it is. Eventually. I asked for a refund. FIVE times I asked for my money back. It was ONLY when I threatened legal action that they eventually agreed to refund me. AVOID this company.
LAUREN - I placed the order on 21st February. You told me I "needed to wait" until 20th MARCH. That's longer than 14 days. You are refunding me now only because I threatened your company with further action.

I ordered this product 3 WEEKS ago (25th Feb) and it hasn't been received. I've e-mailed the company several times, and asked for a refund. They say I've got to wait until 20th March and that they will then send a replacement (if the 1st thing hasn't got here, how will sending another help?!). I will never deal with this company again. JUST TO ADD THAT ALTHOUGH "LAUREN" HAS REPLIED, SHE AND I HAVE EXCHANGED LOTS OF EMAILS BEFORE THIS. I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED, POLITELY, FOR A REFUND (£25), AND I HAVEN'T HAD ONE. "LAUREN" SAYS IT'S COMPANY POLICY THAT I MUST WAIT UNTIL 20th March (tomorrow, so tick tock, Lauren) TO SEE IF THE ITEM ARRIVES (Highly unlikely). AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Review of Card Factory plc
Ordering was easy, the website was simple to use (used it many times before). This time, I ordered a card last Wednesday (2nd Nov). Delivery estimated for the next day, 1st class (95p). It's Monday 7th now, and the card still hasn't arrived. I emailed Card Factory - they take 24 hours to respond, so that was a waste of time. Did the "online chat" thing, was told if the card hasn't arrived by 5pm tonight, to contact them again (they aren't there in the evenings). POOR.
