After another happy browsing visit
After another happy browsing visit to the St Austell Branch today, I felt I wanted to praise the service I received there. I was assisted and served by the smiling ANGELA, who pointed out particular items I was searching for. I am elderly and Angela helped me sort out correct envelopes and carefully bagged them for me. I was on my way out when she let me know my purse was still on the counter. Phew! Thanks, Angela.

I had a wonderful experience at this shop while buying my Christmas cards. The customer service was excellent—Mr Raman was incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful despite the busy festive rush. He went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for and kept the queues moving quickly with a smile. Great service like this is rare during the holiday season, and it made my shopping experience a pleasure. Please thank Mr Raman for me, he works at the Hounslow High Street card factory shop.

Not as much selection of wrapping…
Not as much selection of wrapping papers for christmas. Have always had an account for quite some time now. But for some reason it didn't recognise my email/or password. So had to go through the process of changing password as wouldn't let me check out as a guest either.

False promotion
Card Factory are promoting an offer which is actually not available - 15% off your first order if you sign up to their newsletter. I downloaded the app and opened an account then clicked on “sign up to newsletter” The link does NOT work! I went on to a live chat and was told that there appeared to be a technical problem which the advisor said he would refer to be fixed.
That was a number of days ago but still not working.
I am not impressed with this false advertising!

Visited Card Factory today (31/10/26) and witnessed a customer being extremely rude and disrespectful towards a staff member, Lauryn. Despite the customer’s behaviour, Lauryn remained calm, polite and professional throughout the interaction.
It’s refreshing to see such professionalism, especially when dealing with difficult customers. Staff deserve respect, and Lauryn handled the situation exceptionally well.

Being 74 when I came to check out online and select my delivery it is not clear that 1st Class Next Day is in fact 1 to 3 working days in terms of the actual delivery and when queried they are dismissive. Would not recommend.

Website is awful
Website is awful, it lost the contents of my full basket twice and I've had re-find each card and re-write each one there was 18, in the end I had to download the app to find and write the cards put them in the basket just so it would sync with the web page, that's not right.
Would you please sort your website out, the only bit that works properly funnily enough is the payment page, I will go elsewhere if this happens again as its too stressful and there are other companies who do the same with better websites

Huge thank you in particular to the lovely young lady who helped me, I didn’t catch her name but she had red hair.
