First time customer
As a customer who does not desire the need normally to paint my face with makeup for a forthcoming event at a Rocky Horror Picture Show event and absolutely no notion of what to purchase, I entered the store with some trepidation and bewilderment. When I had taken a few moments to compose myself I asked a courteous and incredibly helpful member of staff called Laura to assist me in finding back nail varnish and lipstick. I was so glad she was upgraded by this request and she gave me her valuable time to show me the items I needed and some additional offers with some of the products purchased. Thank you ever so much Laura. 😇

Poor Management
Visited: Sunday 19th July 2026 - Ealing Broadway store
I was really disgusted by the way one of the managers, a short Asian woman with long brown hair, treated a member of staff while I was browsing the makeup section. She was shouting at the employee on the shop floor in front of customers, and the staff member looked visibly upset and close to tears. It was extremely uncomfortable to look at.
This is not the first time I have seen this manager speak to staff like this, and it is completely unacceptable. It does not reflect the standards I would expect from Superdrug, and no employee should be treated that way, especially in front of customers.
It created a very unpleasant atmosphere in the store, and based on this experience, I will not be returning.

Ginni at Westfield Stratford was amazing!
I came into the store in a bit of a panic after forgetting my makeup in Sweden before travelling to London. Ginni took the time to help me find the right products and even did my makeup for me. She completely transformed my face and made me feel like myself again.
She was so kind, patient and genuinely caring throughout the whole experience. She’s incredibly talented and, honestly, has the skills of a professional makeup artist.
