Popped in just to grab a couple of bits and was struggling to find an item, I asked Manesh on the till if the product was still available, he was extremely helpful and asked another member of staff who found it immediately and brought to the till for me. I believe his name was Harry. They were very quick and efficient and polite. They are a credit to your Tewkesbury store.

Happy Halesowen Savers
I don’t always shop in the Halesowen store but when I do all of the staff are lovely. They are all very welcoming, they great with a smile and say goodbye politely. Customer service as always is a 10/10 for me. As I can’t walk properly the girls in there help me and will sometimes walk around with me if I need to get a few things. It’s always a pleasure to come into the Halesowen Store

A great experience. Everything is such good value! Saved lots of money. Lives up to the name. A member of staff got me a basket when I picked up too many things to carry, and Mary at the checkout did a great job and was lovely. Will visit again.

Packing not done with care
Items packed into plastic bags were not satisfactory. Shampoo bottle caps were smashed and the soda crystals were packed with hand cream tubes with sharp ends which cut through one of the bags
