This was my first time servicing my Jaguar with Stratstone Tottenham, and everything went smoothly from start to finish, no issues at all. However, I was a little disappointed that my car wasn't clean... See more

I had a issue with the car service record being updated, raised it with no update. Explained it on my feedback call and was told I would get a call back and never heard anything back. Not what I would expect from Porsche
Hi - I was pretty disappointed with my recent experiences at Porsche Stockport. When I bought the car on may 28th, I arrived on my birthday to find the final check of the car had not been done - so I have to sit and wait for 20 mins while my car was rushed through this check hooked up to a machine. When I got the car home the electrical fault light came on and I had a slow puncture and had to keep topping up the air pressure and then get my tyre plugged. I emailed the dealer about these issues. 2 weeks ago 4 months after getting the car - the heating system broke and also electrical faults kept being displayed as well as the drivers window having an issue. There were a couple of other issues with the car - which when I explained them to the service representative, he made me feel as though I was making the issues up. I took the courtesy car and when I switched it on the tyre pressure on the drivers tyre was showing RED that it needed topping up, which was very annoying since at this point I had been in Porsche for 1 hour and was late for an appointment. . I then had to alert the service team to top up the tyre pressure. They did this, but by the time I was home the tyre pressure had dropped again and I spent the next 3 days having to top up the pressure and drive slowly worried about the tyre. This is not acceptable with a courtesy car. I was called on the Tuesday to get my car - which apparently was all fixed. I took more time off work to make the 1.5 hour round trip to Porsche Stockport to collect my car. When I got there I dealt with a very lovely man called John - but he informed me that there was a nail in my rear drivers side tyre. he said I should have been told about this on the Monday. I was very annoyed, because I have paid for tyre insurance and this could have been fixed before I took the time to go to Porsche to pick up a car with a fault still on it. I decided to take the car because I could not afford the time to come back to Porsche again later in the week. When I got into my car - there was only 60 miles of charge showing on the vehicle. This was ridiculous. It was 20 miles for me to get home - which meant I was limited with where I could go for the rest of the day. When you have superchargers on site - it would be a simple courtesy to charge the car for a customer. When I tried to charge the car - it now does not charge fully without a continual stop start and the app telling me that is wont charge about a 25% charge. I have also switched the car on twice since it was returned to me to be told there is an electrical fault on the car and it needs inspecting. I have taken photos of every waring that has happened since I got home. Over the course of 2 days I have managed to get the car to full charge - with it constantly stopping the charging saying it has reached the limit of charge at 25% / 50% and 65%. I am really not happy at all with the service I have received - and to have now driven 3 cars away from Porsche Stockport with nails in the tyres / slow punctures - it makes me feel as though the punctures are happening at your centre in the workshop.
Terrible communication and customer service
Went in for a regular service only to pick up major safety items excluded like overdue brake fluid change and other items. Mis sold service plan without informing that the items are excluded and then no communication call or at the point of handing over the keys about the subject. When picking up the car found these in the job sheet and when raising this with the service advisor was told that a manager will ring us which never happened.
We recently had a very disappointing experience at Derby Stratstone. I’m writing this after allowing 72 hours for a response to my email — which has neither been acknowledged nor answered. It seems the dealership may be hoping that by ignoring the issue, it will simply go away.
We took our car in for a warranty issue, and upon collection, discovered that two pairs of sunglasses were missing from the vehicle. This was immediately reported to the management team, whose response was both dismissive and patronising. Rather than addressing the matter seriously, we were asked why expensive sunglasses had been left in the car. While I acknowledge this was an oversight on our part, one would reasonably expect personal belongings to remain secure in a dealership that promotes itself as “prestigious.”
We have purchased over ten cars from Sytner Nottingham, despite living in Derby, precisely because Stratstone’s reputation for poor service and customer care has long been known. This recent experience has only reinforced that reputation. We used this dealership purely due to time constraints, but will certainly not be returning in the future.
Unfortunately, I suspect this is not the first — and won’t be the last — time something like this happens. I would therefore advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this dealership. The incident has been reported to the police, and we are awaiting further contact from management.
Hope thr newly opened centre gets better, more communication would be better.
Good Communication, turn around and helpful staff, I have been using them since they opened up shop nothing negative to report.
I don't normally post really negative reviews but the conduct of Stratstone BMW in Milton Keynes deserves zero stars. They were asked to fit a BMW Tracker to my new M5 Touring which was supplied by another dealer. They arranged for another Stratstone site to do the work and the wrong system was fitted. If they make a mistake you should assume they will deny everything and seek to blame the customer. In this instance BMW UK have sorted the issue and compensated me but there has been no apology from the dealer and the Head of Business has accused me of lying. If you choose to use this BMW dealer please document everything. You should also routinely video your car before it goes in to avoid any issues. I will never use them again.

Fantastic service from Stratstone
I took my car in for minor repairs and received an excellent service from everyone at Stratstone, particularly from Alfie, who went out of his way to help me sort out a couple of issues that cropped up unexpectedly. I was regularly kept informed about the progress of the repairs which were carried out extremely quickly.

The experience with Porsche Colchester is always second to none - staff couldn't be more helpful. Shame I can't say the same about my car - but my awkward and lengthy repair was dealt with kindly and professionally, with staff going the extra mile to help where they could do.

Shihad Ahmed has been fantastic from the beginning of searching for the car to handover. He was very patient during the whole process of asking questions and the right answer given me make me to decide to for it. More so his kindness and very helpful and professional experience. The great attitude of customer service he provides is fantastic. After sales is great. And to all the teams they are the best. Thank guys.

Car was in for the A Service - the team there with Mhairi were thorough and professional throughout. I asked also to look at the underside of the car for my own peace of mind on an item I wanted replaced and I was given a great insight to the car by Alan in the workshop

Having been provided with a vehicle inspection report on 22 September 2025, as a result of a vehicle inspection that day by Lee the Porsche Wilmslow vehicle technician, which identified my front brake discs and brake pads as requiring urgent replacement, I arranged for this replacement to be undertaken on 24 September 2025.
A further vehicle inspection was undertaken on 24 September 2025, by Asher the Porsche Wilmslow technician, prior to the front brake discs and brake pads being replaced, which identified my front brake pads and brake discs as NOT requiring urgent replacement.
The inspection report for the 24 September 2025 was not disclosed to me until 6 October 2025, as a result of me requesting this.
This raises real concerns that Porsche Wilmslow technicians are artificially marking work as being urgently required when in fact this is not the case.
I have requested an explanation for the above from Stuart, service manager at Porsche Wilmslow, who has failed to respond to my request.

Would give less if possible. Horrific customer service and the attitude of management to customers is also disgusting. All fine if you don’t have any issues but the way my complaint has been handled has been nothing short of appalling
