I've been a customer of Andrews & Arnold since Feb 2019 and have always found their services, and their customer support, to be excellent. I transitioned from ADSL2+ to SOGEA, and took up A & A's VoIP service at the same time, in early September 2024; the SOGEA service (80Mbps down & 20Mbps up) achieved 100% availability for most months. More recently, FTTP became available in my area so I ordered this via A & A; the installation by an Openreach engineer on 8th July went as smoothly as could be hoped-for so I'm now running at 115Mbps down and 20Mbps up which is more than adequate for my needs.
A & A ensured that I retained my static IPv4 WAN address after the transition to FTTP and the VoIP service still seems to work just fine so overall I'm an extremely happy customer!

Your operative Mohammed did all the work necessary for installing an FTTP connection to my house in a very professional, effective and efficient manner. He worked calmly and methodically and at every stage of the installation procedure he liaised with me and between us we agreed on how and where the indoor parts of the FTTP connection should be fitted.
The end result of Mohammed’s work is entirely to my satisfaction, and the FTTP connection has so far performed and behaved exactly as expected.

I've been with A & A for approaching six years and have always found them to be an excellent ISP - their technical support is brilliant (and is UK-based, unlike some other ISPs) and their sales support is extremely helpful.
Previously I had an ADSL2+ service, which ran at near the maximum possible speed for that technology, but recently I decided that I was paying more than necessary with line rental from BT plus the Internet service from A & A so I decided to get A & A to take over the incoming line (an overhead copper pair) and to make the transition to A & A's VoIP service so I placed the necessary orders with A & A.
It transpired that in order to move to VoIP I needed to migrate from ADSL2+ to VDSL/SOGEA; the changeover occurred on 3rd September. The OpenReach engineer arrived and did the necessary work, and within an hour my line was running with VDSL at around 75Mbps down and 19Mbps up. Since then the line has gradually retrained and is now running at 80Mbps down with 20Mbps up, and unlike before it seems to be perfectly stable without any line drops - this is more important to me than absolute speed.
Overall, I can't praise and recommend A & A highly enough - they are a truly excellent ISP.

Everything happened smoothly and efficiently - the transaction went exactly as I would expect and want, and the supplied part was exactly what I needed.
