Review of Andrews & Arnold Ltd

Great!

I've been with A&A a year or so (I switched from Virgin as I was seeing "your connection is unstable" on Zoom/Teams calls despite having their fastest connection speed). At the time I could only get 70mbps or so, but while large downloads were slower than on Virgin my Zoom/Teams calls were rock solid. OpenReach FTTP is now available in my street so have upgraded to that. So now I get the best of both worlds. Sure it's pricier than Virgin or BT/EE but I'm happy to pay as I work from home and need a fast, stable and reliable connection.

unfair

I booked to go on a TTC speed awareness course. Cleared my calendar for the half-day. I joined the call but got a tech support person who told me the trainer hadn't shown up so said they'd get me onto another call in the same timeslot, and to expect a call/text. That didn't happen. Eventually called TTC and they ended up rebooking me for another date (today). So today I was 2 minutes late joining the call (due to going to get some painkillers for my back). Got the "you are in the waiting room" video ad infinitum. So I called TTC, and they told me I had been kicked off the course for being late, but I could rebook (for a fee of course). I booked elsewhere instead...
