Great experience, no messing around

Very helpful, quick to respond, no escalation paths – you get somebody technical straight away. They're happy to explain things to people who may not understand fully.

And there's never an issue with the service itself! Highly recommended, especially when I hear the horror stories people have with the more well-known names.

Nice bed, but terrible experience and avoid their customer support!

You get a delivery slot from 7am to 9pm. On the morning you get a two hour slot. They gave us one, told us they were delayed, then cancelled 15 minutes before the slot. Could only redeliver four days later.

Bed was reduced on the site during the bank holiday sale before they delivered it so I enquired about returning and reordering, or having some kind of refund given considering the inconvenience of cancelling the delivery.

They didn't answer the phone, took five days to respond to my email and then basically denied it was ever on sale. They then didn't reply to my response. Shame they don't care as the bed is nice.

UPDATE:

As you can see they responded below promising somebody would get back to me that day. I still haven't had an email... Have tweeted them in the hope of that being a better option, received another reply saying they'd get back to me soon. Still waiting. I'd rather they just got back to me instead of saying they're going to get back to me.

Review of Get Laid Beds

Great service and beds

The whole process of choosing a bed, through to delivery and build was effortless. The bed is great and I had to contact customer support regarding an issue I had a few months later and they were excellent, responding to my email quickly and accurately. Would recommend without hesitation.
