Recently had a new FTTP line installed, installation went well and the service has been 100% reliable so far. Getting the full advertised speed, not had any throttling, latency is also excellent. I'm able to use an OpenWRT based router without any issues.

I've shopped with Wex online a few times and had things delivered without issue, but this time when I ordered a used lens they mixed up the order with someone else and we got the wrong items.

Wex sorted it all out quickly though and provided free shipping to return and get the correct item and gave me a 'good will' voucher as recompense for the mistake.

When I got the lens it was a different model to what I ordered (not the IS version), I asked them to refund the difference which they did quickly.

Customer support were fast to respond via email and helpful.

Although this wasn't the perfect experience, I'll still shop with them in the future.
