Great price, very easy to checkout. Would add that it would be great for us who use apple pay to just jump to the apple pay payment as all the details for the purchase and delivery are provided by apple. just makes it that bit easier to make the purchase

Amazing customer support.

Long story short, the packaging was damaged during shipping and one part was missing from a self-assembly stand. I contacted customer support and received a response within a day. The following day, a replacement part was sent out, and I received it just two days later.

An email about a technical problem with a new laptop resulted in a very helpfull reply in only a couple of hours from a very helpful HUMAN. Many thanks Scan. So refreshing after so many other companies are turning to frustrating bots.

Whilst navigating the website i couldnt find anything negative to point out, the UI is clean and concise and the process of payment was quick. On prinipal i had to give 5 stars. I considered giving 4 stars but then it dawned on me, there was simply nothing to fault.

As always with SCAN the service is top notch, always arrives on time if not sooner.
Ive started using them every time even if I can save a few quid elswhere, I prefer the service I get with SCAN.

After building my pc i had one issue where the graphic must be connected via a Display Port cable and not HDMI.
Once i got the software installed its very fast, quiet, and i am happy like a child in a sweetshop. Scan also connects everything in place that gets tested before sending! I now use Scan for major builds.
