Super disappointing service
Super disappointing service. I paid more than a thousand pounds for a laptop, including extra to get it shipped sooner.
They couldn't reach me with their phone (even though my phone works for phone calls and text messages for everyone else), so they decided to hold the order, but only email me 2 days after I ordered it.
Then they refuse to rectify, and state they need to call me with on my phone (which works for everyone else).

It's not just what is in the Box !
I purchased a laptop from the Box . It was A1 product . The condition is as new it was packaged well and delivered super fast tracked. I bought it because of the guarantee that Box offer with the purchase and the excellent price. I was really pleased with the product and have no issues. I received a follow up phone call from Zara a short time after I had received it. I'm blown away by this Service ! Zara called to check everything was as expected and if I had any questions. She even talked me through a issue I was having using Bluetooth connections, Zara you are an asset to Box your customer service skills are second to non you have the patience of a saint I can't thank you enough for your knowledge and help and understanding to guide me, btw it Worked 👍😁😁😁😁. Just WoW ! I have never received after care call everI and I have purchased from major retailers . I highly recommend Box to anyone looking for 5***** quality products and service. Thankyou 😁

Great Overall experience
Ordered 3 items from Box, upon entering the site I was welcomed with a money off code which worked flawlessly with the products I ordered which already was a very good price. The order was dispatched quickly and arrived promptly without issue. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend using Box if your looking to give your company abit of an upgrade.

We can confirm that our team actioned and accepted the refund on our end when your bank dispute was raised on September 21st. Because the dispute and refund are processed directly through the banking network, the timing and final release of funds are entirely in the hands of your bank provider once we have authorized it from our side, and unfortunately, we have no control over their internal processing times.
We completely understand how frustrating it is to wait weeks for funds to clear, and we appreciate your patience while your bank finalized the transaction.

Reasonable purchasing experience, let down by repeated review requests
The purchasing experience was generally fine, but I've since received three separate emails asking me to leave a review, and I suspect at least one more likely to follow. So here it is.
One request would have been enough. I don't particularly like it when companies do this, and it's unnecessarily soured an otherwise reasonable experience.
I've also noticed that these requests have come from two separate third-party companies, Trustpilot and Feefo, on behalf of Box.co.uk - I wasn't aware that my contact details would be shared with either company, and I don't recall consenting to this.
