I've been using an ID14 Mark 1 for several years, and its been flawless, upgraded to the Mark 2 this year, and that also is built like a tank, very robust and the drivers are great.
Also got the ASP 800 to add more tracks and that is also a flawless piece of kit

Why aren't there more companies like A&A.
I used these guys over twenty years ago for broadband, and I always remember how I started receiving photos of my kit being prepared, and of their cat. Absolute techies, these guys are second to none at Internet connectivity, they just get it done. No silly offshore call centres, no bouncing around between departments, no dumbed down user manuals - Its just clean professional technical services.
Switched to A&A from Vodafone for a recent install of Fibre over Cityfibre and couldn't be happier.

How are they allowed to operate - Absolutely useless.
My parcel spent 2 days god knows where, before I get an update on the fourth day to tell me that I wasn't in. I've been sat here waiting for it, so they're liars.
I try to use the website to complain and they tell me that there's been a problem and it will arrive tomorrow, and the options to register a complain or say anything but thanks is disabled.
So I call them to complain and an automated set of instructions takes my parcel number, then tells me that there has been a technical problem with delivery and then asks if I want to leave a message, before hanging up on me.
Edit 4/7/24: Another two 'deliveries' by Evri today. First one sent five days ago and still not here, at one point it was marked lost (its a Dyson). Second delivery I was stood by the door, and the delivery person walked pass my front door, knocking once on it as he went past and carried on to his car - I chased the moron

Review of CityFibre
Engineers showed up - took a look outside, and told us that the only one of the poles nearby had fibre, and the one coming to our house - doesn't have it, and they dont know if it will ever have it.
That was a waste of time then, putting up with Cityfibre digging up the street for weeks. a dented car, a broken wall, a broken bollard - and now when I come to their website to see what the mechanism is for getting fibre to the pole - which would then help feel our street - there's no way to communicate that

Great service and great support.
Very easy to setup and configure - and while there's a limit to what you can do with the £3 a month service (as is to be expected) - those guys are still very responsive and quickly turned around any problems - even at the weekend.
