Good customer service.
Great technical assistance
Super quick and excellent assistance provided by Priya meant that we avoided having to contact an engineer to investigate the problem.
Be Very Careful!
I knew that I was only going to need a 1yr contract - due to leaving the country.
I signed up and all was good, however, I found out after signing up (probably within 6 months) that if I wanted to cancel early I would have to pay the remaining months of the contract PLUS £180 cancellation fee. So I left it.
Now I have come to cancel, I have to give 30 days notice - this is not stated in any renewal communication. However, it is referenced in the initial contract you sign and forget about. I 'kind of' cancelled over live chat, but ALSO have to do it over the telephone! WHAT KIND OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY IS THIS.
BEST BIT: if you give 30 days notice and within that 30 days the new owner of the property/anyone changes the broadband provider, which they will, one could be charged £166!
The business model has now become clear and they basically try to extract as much money as possible from you on cancellation and put many, many barriers in the way!!
Contract Renewal
Contract Renewal - Syed provided quick and structured answers to my questions.

Good team
I had a great chat today with one of the onestream team members and he was very helpful and helped get done what I needed with any trouble. Thank you
The Broadband package seemed good, but...
The Broadband package seemed good, but I didn't like that they added on a £45 "acceptance fee" because my credit score didn't meet their "criteria".
Typical exploitation of the less well off, by wealthy corporations. I went through with it, but it's a poor start to a business relationship. They had better delivery on claimed speed after this, because I too now have "acceptability criteria."

I haven’t had my order yet but my go live date was booked for 3 months time and that was way too long of a wait. But after chatting to Jai we hopefully can get this resolved.
