Impposible to get in touch with. Exteremly frustrurating. Company do not allow you to speak to any one to sort out certain problems which are not in thrie auto options. Just cancelled four direct debits with them. I will strongly suggest that do not use Virgin.

They behaved like proper crooks. Promised me a SIM card deal for £6 a month. No up front fee. Took my bank details and took out £28.95. Signed me up for fabricated contract for £40 a month with IPhone. Which I never require or requested. Sales person was Female name ELISA So watch out for her. She will go to any lengthy to convince you and get your bank details and will sign you for expensive contract

This company behaves loke a crook. They have been taking £11.99 a month from my account for a year with out me knowing. During this period I eas using Bitfinder security. Now they are refusing to confirm my cancelation of my subscription. I have e-mailed 5 times in clear instructions to cancel. Instead they send some links for discount price and have not cancel the suscription. I have informed them if they take any more money feom my bank account it will be illegal. They have refused to cancel so far. I am sure you will also have the same experience if you cancel. So have nothing to do with this company.

Absolutely zero service. Took out two contracts nearly a year ago. One was TV/Broadband,telephone line contract. Installed TV and broadband service . Did not install the telephone land line. Still with out the land line after a year.
Second contract was just for Broadband. Since it was installed there is a fault out side some where on line. Broad band works for a day then goes off and comes back when ever it feels like it. This problem is continuous now for a year now.
It is impossible to speak to human being
So have decided to get rid of Virgin. They have got too bog for their shoes
This is my fourth order in last two months. Bought nearly 50 cans of sprays. very happy with the service and price. Will continue to do business with GAFF CITY

Person I talk to renewed my insurance One week earlier than the date it should be insured. Date was made very clear. Sent email explaining that the date is not correct on the policy. Please correct and reissued the policy. Three weeks and no reply
