I had some issues with my router which Salman fixed with a lot of patience. Got there in the end :) Found it helpful to rename the networks and reset the passwords because my devices remembered all the old details!

A fire made my flat uninhabitable over a year ago and they've done nothing more than get the builders to clear out the debris. We haven't been paid for our alternative accommodation costs since December! It's a complete sham. Ageas accepted liability last July and appointed Davies group as their loss adjuster. It's been an absolute nightmare and I wouldn't touch Ageas with a barge pole.

In a traumatic time following a house fire, this company did everything in their power to be unhelpful. They are stematically uncommunicative and obstructive. We are going to sue them. UPDATE Davies says below that they don't recognise the complaint even though they emailed me last week and said it was logged (Aaliyah, 24th Aug). Your company admitted liability on 21st July but you haven't paid anyone a single penny. It's almost 3 months since the fire! My daughter is starting her sixth form next week but with no idea where she will be living because your housing department is ignoring phone calls and emails. Utter charlatans.
UPDATE2 21st JUNE 2024. Yes that's right - a year after the fire. We were paid in December but haven't been paid since then. All the builders have done is clear out the debris. We've were appointed our FOURTH loss adjuster on 23rd May but he hasn't communicated with us despite us sending multiple messages. Thank you Gemma for finally replying. We hope that he does indeed 'review' our case and communicate with us. It's only been a month after all!

I would never use this firm again. I was staying in a remote place in Newdigate and was completely dependent on taxis. I made three bookings using the app and no one turned up! I thought they hadn't been able to find me the first couple of times, so made sure I was outside on the road the third time. On Monday morning I was standing on the road waiting from 07:50 until 08:40. As before, I had to phone them because they don't contact you. I missed the train I had wanted and it made my whole day late.
They need to a) sort out the app so it shows you your allocated driver for pre-bookings and gives you an ETA b) have a whatsapp account so people without access to the network can phone on their wifi c) ensure customer call backs happen when they've made mistakes. I have now switched to a local independent driver and wouldn't touch Roadrunner with a barge pole. I might be paying more but don't care because I'd rather know someone is going to turn up. I don't think this business deserves to succeed unless it faces up to some the criticisms mentioned here and makes some changes.

I've been using the site for years, and although the search functionality could be better, it definitely does the job of hooking people up with dog or cat sitters. I've done more than 20 pets sits and had the privilege of staying in some really beautiful homes around the country, only having to pay for my train ticket there.

Twice in a row now, the courier didn't pressed the door buzzer and has put their own signature on the system. I have asked the two other households with whom I share the building and they did not sign for the parcel. I wanted to contact Hermes directly on the website, by phone or email, but couldn't find any contact information, just a load of standard answers. It's been very frustrating.

My parcel has supposedly been delivered, but it hasn't. The signature isn't mine and I've been in all evening. Last week I ordered some walking boots and hermes supposedly tried 3 times to deliver it and the product was then returned to the supplier. The information they give to customers like me just isn't accurate.
