One toUch switching
All the information and assistance requested had been provided, so I can't fault Priyansh.
There is however an issue that Onestream cut off our landline without warning and the telephone number is no longer associated with our account. This meant that we had an issue with “one touch switching “as our new ISP couldn’t find our account to start the switch over process. Unfortunately, Ofcom asleep at the wheel again for not recognising this problem.

This is regarding the customer experience
This is specifically about the customer experience, as I have not had Onestream for enough time to evaluate their service.
I was having internet issues and reached out, over chat, to customer support. Syed was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable and helped with with the internet issues that I was having.
Only complaint was that the chat did not work on my Firefox browser for some reason, so I had to use Chrome instead.
Awful and completely unprofessional…
Awful and completely unprofessional experience with OneStream. Their customer service is amateur at best — they failed to provide a proper way to contact them, ignored my messages during the cancellation period, and then tried to apply fees after deliberately not responding. They rely on template emails instead of investigating real customer cases. Avoid this company at all costs.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. They will old you to a 2 year contract regardless of any issues, changes in coverage, changes in costs or changes in the contract.
They will also refuse to send a copy of an legal contracts when requested and you have to jump through hoops to gain them.
They also automatically add you onto MacAfee internet security without your consent or notification and will also hold you to to this for a minimum of a year if you don't spot it and cancel right away.
Over all do not go with this company, they are very sketchy

Worst service experience with…
I’ve had a poor experience with OneStream. My internet speeds were far lower than promised, and customer service took over a week to respond. Even after several calls, the issue wasn’t resolved. I wouldn’t recommend them based on reliability and support. Used a separate provider for 12mths as they wouldn’t release without exit charges

Cancelled within the 14 days cool off as the service did not work on the go live date therefore I would have had no chance to trial the service with a 2 day fix SLA.
Terrible chat. Wasted nearly 30 minutes of screenshots for them to tell me my line was faulty. I had told them many times the line was dead, but the robots dont listen. I will stick with my 5G router.

Not giving existing customer the same deal as new customers.
When my contract expires, I signed up to a deal as a new customer as it was cheaper than the renewal price they offered. Initially they wouldn't give me that new deal saying that it's only available to new customers. I cited Ofcom rule saying that existing cust. must be given deals available to new cust., and threatened to raise complain to Ofcom, only then they relucantly give me the new deal, after wasting everybody's time, of course.
Digital switch down - personal switch faulty
On October 27th, the 'switch' person who took my details was advised of the start date being the 1st of November. We had hardly finished the call, did I receive an e-mail from BT plus an SMS about an early-leave-fee. Contacting Onestream about the error I was told it would take up to 72 hours to rectify the mistake. BT Support couldn't reverse the cut-off either as they were told 27/10 to be the start date. So I'll be for the next 4 days without broadband and telephone.

Want £650 just to leave which includes £125 for the router I never used which you are RENTING from them, they want it back as well as £125.
Hidden charges like subscriptions for antivirus plus charging you each month for the privilige of them providing support!
Support is just as bad. Avoid at all costs.

Mark listened to my tale of woe, ran a couple of tests and had me on within ten minutes. He then checked for speed and found two faults which hopefully will be resolved when the engineer calls,who Mark organised. Well done Mark,top man.👍👍
Negative experience turned into a positive outcome!
For a long time i had a bad experience with these , however when my contract was due to end I looked elsewhere and found a social tariff for people who are on low income... Taylor from onestream called me and matched the price and agreed to update my router and extras to help improve. So if a company truly wants to keep a loyal customer it's always important to work out a solution that suits both. So anyone who is on low income and is coming near end of contract, let them call you and work out options , its worth it in the end!
