After an entire week of trying to fix a competitor router I was so mad that I just had to move supplier. Rebel’s application and support have been exceptional so far. Looking forward to joining. Will feedback again once installed.

Took payment and botched installation.
Ordered and they took payment. They sent an email confirming my openreach installation.
No kit was sent and no engineer turned up.
Emailed them an they say they had a “glitch” which meant nothing was booked or sent.
So no internet, which they’re charging me for, and no idea when it will be installed or live.
There has been no apology whatsoever.

one month of from my previous post nowhere near resolved internet and phone pfroblems despite their promise in their reply on these pages, emails sent to them unanswered gave them 14days to get my phone and internet working properly and all that happened was a router update and they are checking the logs whatever that means, I now have a tel service but any incoming call attempt while i am in a conversation on the phone you either get an engaged tone when speaking then hear it hanging up this is during a call in progress like a crossed line. so they are in breach of contract which allows me to terminate the service which will now be arranged with another supplier also the compensation that they said I would get never happened they then have the cheek to offer 2 months free service for this rubbish they also requested that i remove my first post I agreed to once the problems were resolved they are not so my first review will remain I'm done.

Wifi that works!
And very well at that. I live in an area where wifi choice is very limited, and often quite expensive. Despite Rebel being a little more than your budget options, it is well worth the difference for good, consistent wifi that you can trust.

Despite a great opening service and things working day one the product and service have fallen from 5* to 1, arguably losing a star per month.
Their product whilst premium in price doesn't match up with the delivery and their customer service is woeful.
Started off with things dropping in and out, as you'd expect no biggie. Such is life. But now I can't get wifi to travel 16 feet through a window to connect my car to wifi to download software updates.
Their solution is to sell you a booster for £5/month. per room. I'd need 4 at least, one for each floor of the house. Now I am paying them £55/month, and if it doesn't work? Well I'm paying that until the end of the contract too.
All in all, don't bother with Rebel.
As a new business with a premium product and great sales pitch I decided to give them a try. They were my 5th ISP in 2 years.
Since I had Rebel installed I have had to buy 3 more wifi boosters and have had 2 credit card machines sent back to the banks as they didn't work either. I mean if you can't download whatsapps what is the point?
Either they dial down access to non rebel branded booster boxes or their product isn't good enough.
I even tried hard wiring their box with ethernet cable and that didn't fix the boosters I bought.
Hard to suggest why you'd use them really. Don't be conned in by their "free amazon voucher" as well that didn't materialise. I suspect they'll do the old, after 6 months of (crap) service we will give you £40 to spend at Amazon. Which you'll struggle to spend. Cos. Crap internet.
Sad to be leaving this review. Heaven help you if you end up with customer service help Dhivya. I kid you not. The irony not lost on me.

Great, very responsive Internet providers, with a catchy left-field name, who are perfect if you want a no-strings, month-by-month contract.
After a year's service, I'll be moving to a more permanent station soon -- and will definitely try to sign on for their cheaper, annual, provision deal.

Really impressed so far, delivery of kit was really speedy and set up was very easy. Have had unbroken Internet throughout the whole house which I have always struggled with living in an old stone house with thick walls. I hadnt heard of this company before but would highly recommend trying them out.

Despite the initial router not working and the first Open Reach engineer leaving me with a non.functioning internet…
Justice, a very dedicated lady at Rebel WiFi, stuck with me over 3 days to sort out the router, the engineers from Open Reach and finally getting a successful connection. So, I am grateful to Justice (yes, Justice NOT Justine)… a great name. Thank you. Now I can function properly in the weird world of the Internet.

Great reach, can be some improvements in the password changing for router online. Since it’s horrible to have someone in the house because always afraid that they look at serial numbers and access your router settings.

They're honestly the best internet service provider. Don't overthink it or cheap out, just go with Rebel. I'm located in Bristol and had flawless connection for months, also their customer service does a great job if you ever need them. Can't fault them, 10/10 - Thanks guys, really impressed
