Great mobile coverage their broadband is very good too but their prices a speeds okay for the area I have to send me several replacement routers

The customer service is fine

The support was ok but they're hardwear isn't very good and it's incredibly difficult to get it set up an app that doesn't work properly but when it does work it's great

Very rude security guard and staff

The Aldershot branch of boots banned me for no reason I believe they've got me mixed up with somebody else the security guard was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me I was trying to explain to him the mix up that's happened been trying to speak to the manager to get it resolved would not recommend boots to anyone based on the experience

The customer support very good

The customer support was fantastic very good when I had an issue with an air conditioning unit that I bought were the compressor went bad after two and a half weeks they gave the money back no problem at all I would recommend shopping with them again

I forgot my mobile number and I couldn’t login. The helpline is useless. They expect people to wait for over an hour on the phone. And the insult thing is, if you want your benefits to be paid in they charge a fee for money going in and out

Very rude customer service representative

Very rude customer service representative I spoke to they tried to charge me for the first month up front even though my service never went live they never told me this when I initially took out the service didn't make any effort To try and stop me from moving back to Virgin as Virgin's customer service seems to be 1000 times better and that's saying something absolutely shocking avoid this company at all costs Especially with that overcharging customers like this it is disgraceful

We are very sorry to hear you have had a less than positive experience. We have asked for the details of your account so we can further investigate the issues and ensure that we are doing all we can for our customers.

EDIT: Thank you for your details. With Direct Save Telecom we do not carry out any credit checks. Our check is simply collecting the first invoice a week before the live date, charging from the date the service becomes active until the end of the following month. Where a direct debit rejects for the first invoice value, we then try to contact the customer to see if they wished to proceed.

The first invoice would have been explained both at the point of signing up (either online or over the phone) and on a welcome call. You received your welcome call on 14th May 2024. This call detailed all the next steps along with how much the first invoice was for, when it would be collected, router delivery etc. On the call you acknowledged all the information given to yourself.

Regarding today's call we have also listened to the call today and found the agent dealt with the call in a very courteous and professional manner.

We are more than happy to provide a copy of both the calls for your records. If you have any further questions or would like to discuss this further please contact us on 01923 709709 option 3.
