Delievery not to my address and incorrect parcel content...
First attempt of delivery product worth 30 pounds was not left in safe place but just metioned they can't deliver to me... ok than i reachedule delivery with explaining safe place where to leave parcel. Today i noticed my parcel wasn't delivered to my address... after hour of searching similar location from picture i found parcel thrown by delivery guy over neighbour fence which doesn't even look like on my description. When i finally could open parcel dock which i order doesn't match dock which i received. The worst delivery experience i ever had...

Bought a 2nd hand unboxed xbox series…
Bought a 2nd hand unboxed xbox series X, LT & RT is super sticky makes it impossible to play games, took the controller back, lady behind counter was being helpful asked for my reciept on email, until im guessing it was the manager who piped up n said cant do anything without the console bring it back and we will swap it for another console and controller….. after spending £500 + and a few hours making an an xbox account, downloading games etc seems a bit petty and a waste of my time changing the whole console because of two sticky controller buttons,
Went to a local 2nd hand place and bought a controller from them that had been cleaned and inspected properly before going on sale.

Half a day wasted
I took my tablet to the CeX store in Basingtoke after agreeing a price of £68 online. It had no scratches, powered on perfectly, and the battery was at 100%. When I dropped it off, I was told there was no problem.
A couple of hours later, they called to say the screen was very slightly lifted from the base (see picture) in one small area. They said they couldn’t accept it and wouldn’t even offer a downgraded price.
If they won’t accept a fully working, scratch-free tablet in this condition, it makes me wonder just how pristine an item has to be for CeX to accept it.
I then had to return to the store to collect it. Overall, half a day wasted for something that could have been identified when I first brought it in. Very disappointing experience.

Placed an order for a rog xbox ally X dbrand Killswitch case and they have sent a totally different item. No way of contacting customer service as apparently they dont do phone lines so now stuck with a totally useless item i never ordered and no way of contacting them to resolve the issue so unfortunately I won't be ordering anything from CEX in the future.

FABULOUS SPEEDY SERVICE
I can't use a smart phone because their small size and 'cause I had a Stroke it's difficult. With everything on Apps these days I needed a tablet to do my banking etc. My son helped me choose and suggested Cex. We found a nice Lenovo M11 (cos its secure for financial stuff) and, although used, was a £70 saving from a new one. Ordered it, DPD delivered it next day (a Saturday) and was well packaged. Not a mark on it and it looked brand new. My son set it all up for me and it works perfectly. Charges up well and battery life is decent. Very impressed indeed and would definitely go there again. Great service as usual.
Delivery was slow, this was down to the Post Office but everything else was a super easy.
Complete transaction was smooth with good packaging and when I did make an enquiry about the delay it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
