Recently switched internet providers to this company. The changeover was complicated because my existing provider was determined not to let me go. I was determined not to get stuck into another extensive contract period loaded with early leaving penalties and was surprised to find that Rebel could offer a rolling monthly contract. OK the monthly rate is not the cheapest but for very few pounds more I knew I had the ability to change provider within a short period and without penalty. The changeover was very slick and well supported, I hope it continues.
