I had great customer service from Dhivya who sorted out an issue I had where my property had no open reach box but she managed to get an engineer in the next day to install it for free. The WiFi is working good so far and I love the customisation of the WiFi name and password. It was also one of the cheapest options in my area asw so overall I think a solid deal.
