Dead router
Our router died unexpectedly overnight. The customer service team was quick to respond and arranged for support. Dhivya, our tech costumer support , was incredibly responsive via both email and phone. Our problem was solved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Compared to the three other internet providers we've used in the past, Rebel's is by far superior.
