Took payment and botched installation

Took payment and botched installation.

Ordered and they took payment. They sent an email confirming my openreach installation.

No kit was sent and no engineer turned up.

Emailed them an they say they had a “glitch” which meant nothing was booked or sent.

So no internet, which they’re charging me for, and no idea when it will be installed or live.

There has been no apology whatsoever.
