3 weeks in, 10x better than BT
3 weeks in and having come from BT, a customer for 3 years I had endless hardware and internet issues with them. Poor service, paying over the odds for very low and unpredicatble speeds and constantly waiting or being fobbed off on the phone were also my experiences.
So far with Rebel, I have 10x the speed and reliability for less cost and installation and set up was easy. One issue, I emailed and got an almost immediate answer. It resolved itself but good to know the app is simple and makes support more accessible.
