Great service from MJ- she was very helpful and professional in her approach and has passed my issue to the technical team. She was very thorough and asked lots of questions to help establish exactly what the fault was with my Internet connection.

I spent some time talking with Tushar concerning my broadband connection. Tushar was extremely helpful and understood my situation, he then offered alternative solutions for me to consider. All in all I felt that he had gone the extra mile to assist me.
