We’ve been with hypeoptic for 3 months and I wouldn’t recommend joining this network at all.
At the beginning you’re fed with promises of network reliability and speed. Speed’s never reached its full capacity, didn’t not have connections in some of the rooms (despite using the adaptor). Constant network glitches which ended up with full network outage in the middle of the day. Tried all troubleshooting- nothing worked, spent 20 minutes on the line where technical team couldn’t help and suggested to send engineers out who are available next working day. For the person working from home and handling multiple calls a day it was a disaster. No solution has been offered only classic apologies which cannot really resolve all the appeared issues.

Abdul Makid came over and installed hyperoptic today and was great - really helpful recommendations for our networking setup when we renovate next year

Hyperoptic have always offered a great service with really reliable top speeds and coverage. I would say some plans can be a little expensive but I found out about their Fair Fibre plan for those in receipt of different benefits/PIP. I wanted to switch to this plan, as I was already a customer, and it was done with such ease! Customer service was great, so quick, understanding and efficient. Started with a very quick call and the rest was done in minutes over email so I can now enjoy my new plan for less with a flexible rolling contract. Would highly recommend hyperopic and their excellent customer service team.

I have been a happy broadband customer for a number of years. Recently, I had a service outage which was due to an external issue with the system. Although it took some time to resolve, everyone in technical services was very helpful in particular Mihaela who was friendly and professional and was able to restore my service.

Once I got through Milica kept me up to speed on all aspects of the outage until we were back online.

Initially the web site was unable to accommodate my request so I called the Hyperoptics team. After a 20 minute wait the person that assisted was efficient, polite and was able to sort the issue. Person 5 star, website and hold time, less good.

I have been with Hyperoptic for a few years now and am continued to be impressed by the support team.

My recent renewal did encounter a couple of speed-bumps, but the respective teams were all very helpful in resolving the situation.
