Spent nearly £800. Heard nothing after 2 weeks.
Refunded my money when I asked where it was.
No help.
No nothing.
No workaround.
Just scammers.

DO NOT USE REBEL

Despite a great opening service and things working day one the product and service have fallen from 5* to 1, arguably losing a star per month.

Their product whilst premium in price doesn't match up with the delivery and their customer service is woeful.
Started off with things dropping in and out, as you'd expect no biggie. Such is life. But now I can't get wifi to travel 16 feet through a window to connect my car to wifi to download software updates.
Their solution is to sell you a booster for £5/month. per room. I'd need 4 at least, one for each floor of the house. Now I am paying them £55/month, and if it doesn't work? Well I'm paying that until the end of the contract too.
All in all, don't bother with Rebel.
As a new business with a premium product and great sales pitch I decided to give them a try. They were my 5th ISP in 2 years.
Since I had Rebel installed I have had to buy 3 more wifi boosters and have had 2 credit card machines sent back to the banks as they didn't work either. I mean if you can't download whatsapps what is the point?
Either they dial down access to non rebel branded booster boxes or their product isn't good enough.
I even tried hard wiring their box with ethernet cable and that didn't fix the boosters I bought.
Hard to suggest why you'd use them really. Don't be conned in by their "free amazon voucher" as well that didn't materialise. I suspect they'll do the old, after 6 months of (crap) service we will give you £40 to spend at Amazon. Which you'll struggle to spend. Cos. Crap internet.
Sad to be leaving this review. Heaven help you if you end up with customer service help Dhivya. I kid you not. The irony not lost on me.

A good product with quick delivery

Bought an engineered floor product from them and it was a good price but I'd say it was a batch with more QC issues than they'd normally sell you. I was 5 boxes in before I found "fitting instructions" which was helpful.
Some rogue boards aren't labelled left or right. Which is handy info to have.
There are a few boards that have been filled and sanded (I suspect) which isn't the end of the world but it's tough to match the grain across the boards without opening them all first and checking the batch for inconsistencies.

I reckon adding 10% is more than enough extra. I had lots of difficult cuts and corners and had I been more planned then I'd have had 2 full extra boxes.
The boards generally are easy to fit with a male/female groove.
All in all a good product but wouldn't pay top price for it.

Absolute garbage products

As you can tell from the trash replies.
They will learn lessons.
Only a year to learn one.
Not learned a single thing.
Only interested in talking over you.
They don't have a complaints department you can contact. Just give them a year of trauma 9x and they will do Absolutely nothing.

Absolute garbage products, scam company.

Heard these guys did good email.
Signed up. Exhausted inbox in a matter of weeks.
All the helpful features you need you have to pay for.
You get bombarded with Indian scammers and trash.
Signed up for the upgrade on the inbox.
It never worked.
You can't complain.
Staff are useless.
Just want to "help you" make their garbage product better.
Reported it to credit card company as fraud.
Wholly pointless company and services are shocking. Surpassed only by their appalling, rude, obnoxious and obfuscating staff.
Do NOT sign up to their trash. For anything.
You will get more for Google and gmail for less and that says a LOT!

DO NOT sign up with Titan or Hostinger for any service!

Expensive if you are in a hurry but documents arrived pretty fast.
Would definitely recommend getting all docs in one fell swoop to save a few quid too.

Don't use this company.

Don't use this company.

I paid over £700 for what was sold as a 'perfect solution' for my small business.
The reality is far from that.
You need to continually spend more money for additional items, features and functionality.
You spend £120 on a stand for an ipad, that's what they suggest. Only the one they sold me is now obselete and I have to spend another £120 to get a new stand all because of the connector.
For such a huge company to not be wise to this is really poor. The solution to any issue you have with their "customer service" team is to fleece you of yet more money at every turn.
I wouldn't recommend this business for anything.
Each turn is designed to scam more and more money from you until you're nearly a grand in a deep hole and no chance to recover. Not to mention their self help is utterly pointless.

I would NOT recommend using this company at all. For anything. Use any other provider.
I recently got a zavo terminal and it's brilliant. super helpful, friendly, professional staff. Happy with the discount price I paid. Unlike these guys who just reel you in with false promises then hammer you at every turn.


You can see from their garbage response they lie to you as soon as breathe.

I spent £800+ and it never made a single transaction. Now checking on eBay you'll be lucky if somebody takes pity on you and gives you £200 for the lot.

Don't be suckered in by them. All glossy fur coat, nae knickers as we say in Scotland.
A truly appalling company, with staff that make Tesla customer services look really helpful and capable.

Really great company.

Really great company.
Helpful and responsive.
Sorted my technical problems efficiently. Staff are all really great.
The terminal is easy to use and does what it says on the tin.
I have now bought 4 different units this year and this one so far is the best by some distance!
Would not hesitate to recommend them. The app is simple to use and payouts are super quick.

Truly appalling

Truly appalling. Still.
You'll get a pertinent, schnidy reply to a complaint faster than you get help when your (tide purchased faulty) card reader doesn't work.
Service is woeful. You need 20 messages, maybe 4 hours to 3 days to get to speak to the right person who will tell you a mix mash of what the previous bunch of clowns have suggested. Then your card reader will still be broken and you have a customer walkout taking £875 with them. And the staff want you to take a video of the card reader not working. When the shop is shut. And you're 700 miles away on holiday. And it's not the first time. Yet they mystically don't know how it doesn't not work. But blame you for not updating software and turning it on and off again.
Truly abysmal customer service. Please don't be daft enough to pay them an extra £2.99 a month to get faster worse help. You need your head read if you bank with these morons!

worst courier service ever
beaten only by their appalling customer service.

total waste of time, indian call centre just wants to repeat their script than actually listen to nor read your enquiry.

wasted 3 whole days at home waiting on a parcel. Can't change location, nor time nor day, system doesn't work, customer service woeful. Just cut you off. keep you waiting 20 mins for a reply then disconnect you after 10 seconds of them waiting on you.

Spent over a grand, hammered for delivery. They only deliver once a week. Don't tell you that until you're last step of checkout.
Would not recommend.
Website is slow and clunky.

Utterly brilliant!

Can't recommend this service highly enough. Signed up on a targeted socials advert. Within 5 days my boiler was serviced and have signed up 3 other people using a referral code so it ended up costing me nothing at all.
Great company, slick service partner, great comms, does what it says on the tin.
Would not hesitate to recommend.

DO NOT buy

Expensive for what they are.
Poor customer service.
Item is slick and well made (suspect not by them) and comes with a litany of problems, poor information exchange and they just don't work.
Sorely regret buying them now. Total waste of money.
Note that if you get a new phone (shock horror in the modern world) that if you didn't write down the security code the app generates (which they don't tell you to do as you will need it and render the items useless otherwise) you need to buy new ones. Quite ridiculous.
All in all, sounds like a good idea. But clearly not fit for purpose.

Do NOT buy these. I got maybe 1 or 2 uses out of the four of them. I could have paid my annual wifi for about 8 months instead.

really poor

really poor. 5 weeks to open an account and make my first payment.
None of the staff know their erse from their elbow.
Super painful opening process that "takes 3 days" was over 2 weeks. Couldn't login to check the application. Had to call. Nobody had any answers.
Death by 1000 cuts is a fair summary.
Got cards but sent the pin numbers to the wrong address, that i had never given them. Had to wait longer. Logging in online is ridiculous. Suggesting that it's for safety but you have no option than to write it all down bizarrely. Systems not connected or humans can't work them adequately. All about reference numbers that they don't recognise. Genuinely staggered as a business they can stay open trading. Had the experience not been so traumatic (makes Anna look mildly capable in some cases) I would have closed and moved elsewhere but I can't face the trauma for a while again.
All in all, don't use them. Their service is really poor. Staff are rude and obnoxious. Unhelpful customer service staff who want to talk over you than listen and pay attention is a terrible front line solution. Especially when UK call centres. You expect it form Indian call centres now. But theirs is woeful. Cut off on a call, up to you to call back again and speak to their very very poor ai service and bots. Nicer than their actual staff to be fair. All their systems are glitchy and don't work. Audio problems throughout. The sort of thing that makes you think you're being scammed. But no, this is their actual level of service. Atrocious all round. Not even worth complaining as it will cost you more time and money and you'll still not find a competent person who cares. That's the crux sadly. Nobody cares.

Great company!!

Great company!!

After a traumatic 18 months and 5 ISPs we found Rebel and took a punt.
So glad we did.
Helpful, friendly comms, good people. Actual humans who care and want to help. Going over and above. Emma was great and really shines for their business. They must do so much better than Sky, Now, pop, starlink, O2 and Highland broadband as well.

Really pleased with these guys. Sign up! And you may get a dealie as well!

Not worthy of one star.

Note the cut copy paste response is the best they can do. Offer to help you and fix things. Then make it impossible to do that. Woeful. Almost like they think kicking you when you're down is the best thing to do. A total joke. Their supervisor/management teams are clearly overpaid for nothing. Can't get anybody who cares or actually wants to help. Just get you off the phone as quick as possible with empty promises.

Avoid these clowns like plague and Single hot blonde single moms on tinder looking for a good time.

Utterly woeful.

Everything can be done in app.
Can't.
Got to call them.
Call them.
Do it in the app.
Can't.
Call them, 4x. Can't do that either.

Every interaction with them is painful. Death by a thousand welsh cuts. Have to think they are next door to anna business banking as they are equally appalling. Promise you the world and deliver an old mining village with aged population and 3 wetherspoon pubs. It's that kind of pain and trauma dealing with them.

Don't waste any of your time on them. Hours of my life I am not getting back. Save yoursellf the time. You've been warned. Utterly hopeless!
