Brilliant service from start to finish! I was kept regularly updated throughout the order process, and they even made a courtesy call just before delivery to let me know they were on their way.

The quality of the panelling is brilliant, and I can’t wait to get it installed on my study/bedroom wall. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One very hard company with very bad communication no update,
And no delivery yet after almost 3 weeks. But are very quick to beg for 5 stars.

Delivery time well exceeded that which was stated on ordering. Tried calling numerous times but the phones never get answered. Emailed several times and got a response 4 days later. Stated my orders had been cancelled as requested but to date still no refund from well over a week ago. Tried calling and emailing again but no answer/response

Good quality wall panels at a very reasonable price. This is my second order as was very pleased with my first one. It transformed my lounge completely!

Great Wall panels and arranged early delivery.

I placed order was told panels would be delivered for Tuesday 8th September then a day before I get a text message saying I now wont get for at least another week ive booked a guy to do the work for friday 11th September which I paided deposit and now got to cancel him and lose my deposit

British Home Direct cancelled my delivery due on the 7th September a member of there team call me on the day of delivery it was being cancelled and a new date would be arranged I did inform the team member not to deliver before the 18th September as no body was available to take delivery, within 15 minutes of the call a text arrived with a new delivery date of the 13th September which is no good for me I’ve emailed them with no response and called a number of time the mail box is always full customer service is known existent a company without an office

It was so easy to order on their website and full communication throughout the process. Speedy delivery and I will definitely be using this website again. Products didn't disappoint.

Great panels great price

Ordered over £650 worth of cladding and clips on the 21st of August, the website stated 3-10 working days for delivery.

10 days later I had received nothing and had no estimated delivery time/date, so I sent an email where I was told my order would arrive on the 4th of Sept. I explained that my summer house was open to the elements and at risk of the wood becoming waterlogged so I need the cladding asap.

Its now the 7th of September and my cladding hasn't arrived

I sent another email this morning amd was sent a reply 4 hiurs later stating my delivery will be the 16th of September.

I've now had to spend extra money on a temporary covering for my build.

Ill never order from this company again.

Also, the customer service is shocking, they provide a phone number, but literally, nobody ever answers.

Wish I'd gone elsewhere, this place is useless.

Shopped about for panels and seen the reviews for here ...so ordered. Easy to order, sent delivery date next day got them on day quoted..they look amazing cant wait to have them put up
