Absolutely shocking lack of quality these things. Turned up late, turned up damaged, the colour isn’t correct, and the dimensions they give online for the “premium panel” are nowhere near close to that, they are thin, cheap and shocking! Absolutely disgusted in what turned up today. I implore you, shop elsewhere and buy quality as these things aren’t fit for purpose and are falsely advertised.
The dimension on the website are as follows;
Slat width 27mm (actually 16mm)
Slat depth 12mm (actually 8mm)
Spacing between slat 13mm (actually 15mm)
Overall panel thickness 22mm (actually 16mm)
So as you can see, absolute full of lies and I can’t wait to get a refund and go get the ones I should have from The Panel Company.
My location is the uk despite trustpilot saying my location is in the us lol, no idea on that one either.
Do not buy from this company. Do not reply to emails, led lighting has no power lead, chineese instructions power supply wiring unsafe not CE marked. Delivery takes ages. Will not provide a refund. Violation of distance selling laws

Products are not "premium" cut these panels and you cover in black dust.
Studs just fall off and good luck trying to get hold of anyone.
Had two orders from this company now. Both times they have delivered what was ordered and even added one extra panel on an order that I amended. Delivery is a little bit long compared to other big firms and one order was a day later than promised but if you factor that in then the price is worth the wait.

Sent wrong colour, emailed 5 times, no reply, called number poss 7 times and no reply, goes to voicemail of which you can't leave a message as voicemail is full, everyone complaining I would hazard a guess, allegedly.
Had to contact card provider to investigate for a charge back
Is this company a scam, payed for panels and was given a delivery date, this has now gone and no sign of my panels, sent half a dozen emails and phoned a 0800 number but no reply, will now phone my credit card to try and get refund.
Was due delivery yesterday, tracked van all day arrived at 9.10 pm to be told my delivery was not packed.
4 emails, multiple phone attempts today and no reply. All of a sudden a new delivery slot was sent via a text message informing me my next delivery is 2 weeks away. No phone call to appologise. No emails just a faceless text.
To date, the service has been terrible.
Will update if I ever receive my panels.
But I suggest go elsewhere if you want customer service.
Be aware of this company. A couple of weeks ago we have ordered some premium wall panels , order no BHD42458. We have installed them on the wall , a few weeks later my husband decided to check dimensions and spotted that the panels that we have received is not the one we have ordered. We have ordered premium panels with thickens 22mm but received 18mm. instead. The slat depth is 8mm instead of 12mm. Company doesn't not respond to emails at all , there is no phone number! so customer service doesn't exist, this company provides misleading information because they sell standard cheap panels as premium. Very disappointed. I can't recommend this company.
Received my panels today. Very very pleased
waited a little longer for delivery but so worth it.
Please don’t be put off with all the bad reviews. I think the company is great and communicated well throughout the process.

We got delivered the wrong coloured tire the wrong coloured panels when contacted didn’t reply to any of the emails their phone number would just ring and then the answering machine would say the box was full. If you did get an email back it would just say you need to start a new email up and we’re closing this thread down in the end. I’ve kept ended up keeping the wrong panels that we’ve received and putting the Monce and seek to get my money back so I can order the colour that I want From a different company. Avoid this company with all costs also as well they have changed their name they now go under panel hub panels direct and panel hub UK but if you go on the website the address and the telephone number are all the same no customer service at all Please don’t use
We were welcomed by a very kind team and the atmosphere was very great. They have promised a very fast and quick delivery to our address which is quite far. Thank you very much !!
Waited 2 weeks for 2 wall panels, no delivery date or message to say when they would arrive. They were both damaged, not just a little, they were both a mess! They come wrapped in film not boxed, but the film wasn't ripped so were damaged before wrapped. There is no contact number to speak to someone you have to go through email.i emailed but wasn't a reply for days. I messaged on facebook but they say you have to contact through email for a refund. I had a handy man booked in for £200 to fit my panels, I had to put these panels in a different place behind the tv and unit so you couldn't see the mess! They offered me 10% refund for panels i didn't even want but because I wasn't getting reply until 4 days later I had to use them as they didn't fix the problem before my handyman was coming. I left a comment on one of their Facebook posts with photos of their panels and they then blocked me. AVOID this company, products and customer service is horrendous!
PS. the rest of my panels are from panel world and they are excellent!
I ordered five black wall panels from British Homes Direct, but the delivery was late, and when the order finally arrived, I received four black panels and one brown panel.
I’ve tried to contact the company multiple times, but their phone line goes straight to voicemail (which is always full), and they don’t reply to emails. It’s impossible to get anyone to help or even acknowledge the issue.
After reading other reviews online, it seems I’m not the only one, many other customers have also reported receiving the wrong colour panels and being ignored by customer service. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident.
I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend British Homes Direct. The products are unreliable, and their after-sales support is practically non-existent

Ordered with 3-10 delivery time scale. Order arranged for 16 days. Confirmation received driver even called to say they would be 30 mins. No delivery, I called driver to say my order wasn't on the van!!! Took the day off to accept the delivery. No customer services number. Shambles, avoid at all costs

Have an issue with delivery which I received on the 25th Oct , sent e-mails Monday 26 th /Tuesday27th and have not had any correspondence back as yet.
Product good , however , wrong shade and wrong slat size .
