Have an issue with delivery which I received on the 25th Oct , sent e-mails Monday 26 th /Tuesday27th and have not had any correspondence back as yet. Product good , however , wrong shade and wrong slat size . Can someone please contact me to sort this issue to enable me to complete.
I wrote a review on the 25th November explaining the issues that I have had …to-date I have still not recieved my bed that was ordered and paid for in full. Customer service is shocking called numerous times , waiting for 40mins plus only to get cut off, sent numerous e-mails and responses have been poor , asked 4 different questions relating to issue in one e-mail and did not answer any of the questions .Asked to be called called back still nothing ,still waiting on bed., Daighter has had to sleep on the floor as no bed base.BED ordered 17th November Shocking CC service ,biggest issue no-one will answer the telephone.

I ordered an ottoman bed from dusk which seem to go okay , however, it was scheduled to be delivered on Monday 25th Nov and I have had no commms to inform me of what was happening .I spent 42mins on the telephone and was then cut off , tried again and the same thing happened .i have sent 3 e-mails and have had no response getting really frustrated with the lack of response from them.
