Poor. Delivery was expensive and a pack of tiles were broken on delivery.

Second time using these guys not that I want to find a fault because I cannot understand why anyone wants to drag someone else down however in this society people look for it and I can tell you now I cannot find a fault.

Ordered a sample of one of their acoustic panels. The product was shipped out immediately and arrived very quickly. Very impressed with the service and we shall definitely consider using the product when we come to decorate.

After searching for the right tiles in stores and online I was disappointed at the prices and so glad I found floors and walls website. The quality and price of tile I wanted was great and out did all I came across. Ordering online was easy. Email receipts prompt and detailed. The wood effect floor tiles were great. They are realistic, slightly different in colour to photo on site though but thankfully more like what I wanted. Website photo was richer colour. These are more realistic to oak wood thankfully. I’m very pleased indeed. Time will tell if they withstand wear. They’re 10mm thick so should do. Most I found elsewhere were not this thick. I love the sizing of the planks too. Delivery was as promised with regards to day but were 4 hours late. The tracking updates weren’t accurate on map as van stayed at warehouse near Welshpool the whole time. Delivery driver cheerful and pleasant. Tiles were packaged really well on pallet too.

The Samples came really quickly and then so did the tiles when ordered. Which were delivered on time. The tiles look stunning and were well packaged..
