Please do not use this company - they supplied a shower door that you have to drill into a stone tray to fit, which is pretty much unheard of in the trade - then there is the absolutely shocking returns service, paid for own courier to drop it back to Stoke On Trent and then deny they have ever received it and refuse to refund leaving you £400 out of pocket, and then when you try and ask for an update they ignore - disgraceful to be honest - if you fancy getting ripped off the please go ahead and use this company !!!!

Really happy with the products and the delivery. Unfortunately one item was cracked on arrival but within 5 mins I had a delivery date all sorted for the following morning and as promised came exactly when said. Very refreshing to have such a smooth delivery process. Would definitely use again and recommend to others

Fantastic quality! Really fast delivery

Everything went wrong. The website shows items in stock and then allowed me to place an order.
I called next day to find out if the order has been sent out for delivery and they said the item is in stock and has been sent out.
Late afternoon get an email saying item out of stock and they can only send the shower tray waste.
Asked them to not bother as I needed the shower tray asap.
They still sent the shower tray waste out with the courier.
A headache to get the money back.

Tile mountain - same story.
Ordered tiles 3 weeks in advance.
On the day of the delivery, took a day off and then nothing arrived.
When I called them - they said the tiles are not in stock.

Absolutely joke. They don’t care / understand the implications of their actions.

Avoid - if u need a peace of mind.

I purchased two illuminated bathroom mirrors, one of which didn't operate as expected. Unfortunately, the functionality wasn't clearly explained in the product information or installation instructions.

Initially, Bathroom Mountain refused a return because the mirror had been installed, which was disappointing given that it needed to be connected to establish how it worked.

However, after some correspondence, Haider took the time to review my concerns, remained polite and professional throughout, and eventually helped negotiate a reasonable goodwill refund.

Although I would have preferred an exchange, I appreciate Haider's efforts in reaching a practical resolution.

I had an item on my order supplied incorrectly. I spoke to Mussab who asked me to submit a photograph of the item in question, which I did.
Later the same day I had notification that the correct part was being despatched for delivery the next day.
The service was exemplary, I am very impressed.

Ordered more fabulous radiators today with great help and assistance from Abdul Basit. He was very polite and helpful. He set up a quotation and emailed it for ease of purchasing and I even had a follow up call to ensure I had received it.
