Absolutely dreadful customer service
Absolutely dreadful customer service.
I was given a 2 to 3 day delivery time and would receive dispatch details prior to that. I received No notification and had to call your company to be told 11 or more days until dispatch. You had Absolutely no intention of of even letting me know. Plus now I'm told I have to wait 5 days for my refund. It took you seconds to take my money. Your company is terrible.

⭐ 1/5 — Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Experience
Extremely disappointing experience!
It's been over a week and my order still hasn't been delivered.
I've been going back and forth with their customer service team via email. Instead of resolving the issue, they keep asking me which items I've received and which are missing, even though I've already provided all the information they've requested.
Now, after answering all their questions, I've sent three follow-up emails over the past two days and haven't received a single response.
This is completely unacceptable. I've paid for my order, but I'm still waiting for my items with no clear delivery date or proper update.
Very poor communication, unreliable delivery service, and a complete lack of customer care.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Probably the worst company I have ever…
Probably the worst company I have ever come across.
Purchased a mirror and they sent out the wrong one (wrong colour even though both order a delivery not stated correct colour). The main problem however was trying to get this resolved. Emailed but not reply so called where you join a Que. waited 2hours to get through where they said fill in report and email it to them.
I did as requested and waited. Nothing
Had to call again and again was in a 2 hour que. when I got through they said they are busy and trying to resolve lots of issues which was of no great help to me. They finally advised they now have not got the originally requested colour and I have to send the dispatched item back to get refund(which is understandable) however never once was an apology given and communication was abysmal.
If you buy from them and you have a after sales issue good luck in getting it resolved - you have been warned

zero customer service, awful company,
Tried to return an item via the online form twice and don't get a response. Tried 2 different emails - no response. Tried calling several times and nobody ever answers, it's a fake queue of 6+ callers. Ring the showroom and they answer within 1 ring - surprise surprise, and get told they can't help, and then accuse you of being rude for asking for help and hang up.

I have ordered an item for delivery
I have ordered an item for collection(as i needed it urgently). And when I got to collection depot they had no idea. Called customer service took long time to get through to find out, items are getting delivered to my business address. I am here for last 6 hours to find out delivery is running late and they cant do anything about it. Very disappointed. Bwood Builders LTD

Unfortunately, we have been experiencing an IT issue affecting customer collections from our Southern Depot. We were unaware of the problem until earlier today, and this has unfortunately resulted in disruption to the collection process and confusion regarding the location and status of orders.
We fully appreciate that you specifically selected collection because you needed the item urgently, and having travelled to the depot only to discover that the goods were not available as expected must have been extremely frustrating. We also understand your disappointment at having to wait at your business address for the delivery, particularly when you had already spent considerable time trying to resolve the situation.
Our Southern Depot IT Team is now investigating the issue as a priority, with the aim of restoring the collection service and resolving the disruption as quickly as possible.
Once again, please accept our apologies. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while the issue is being addressed.
