Very good service was provided. There were a couple of issues with the bathroom. Their service team chased up the manufacturers to get replacement parts sent out ASAP and deal with the manufacturer. We really appreciated the level of service provided by Leepsy in assisting us.

Great customer service
The products were at a great price but when delivered the side panel was missing.
Spoke to Pooja at customer service and she was great organising the panel except delivered within 24 hours.
Then i noticed a chip in the bath, with no hassle Pooja organised a replacement and collection of the old bath. A true hero

Confused as to what product you are…
Confused as to what product you are referring to, it would be useful if you identify it, however, if it was the Armitage Shank "wall hung" toilet pan this arrived safely and has now been installed. A slight difference from the one we had purchased quite a few years back: there were only two upper holes to secure it as against the four we had and whilst in the old the centre were at 195 mm the one we received they were slightly narrower at 185mm so that the securing bolts risked touching the porcelain!. As I have now received a reply I would like to further add for the benefit of other who will in future buy this product that the most difficult thing in installing the toilet was sourcing the grommets which go into the holes through which the bolts are secured. No less than 5 different merchants were visited (3 hours driving around in North London!) none of them were able to identify the small rubber grommets which being slightly decayed had to be replaced. Useful lit would be if when supplying the pan there was a window to also order these parts vital in protecting the bolts going through.

Needed a refund as item was no longer required. Ayesha was really helpful and told us the repacking requirements and booked a courier pick up. The Delivery service used for the initial delivery and pick-up was very professional and courteous.

Great communication received from Mack. Kept updated and then contacted again once goods arrived. Really good customer service, would definitely buy from this company again.
