my second order for the same thing, shame it was more expensive than 18 months ago, but we like the toilet and vanity unit. Order experience good, hope delivery is, it was a little late last time.

I requested information about a product that I was unable to find on the website. The person who got back to me, Keith Hunt, explained the situation to me and told me everything I needed to know to enable me to buy item I want.

I have returned the item unfortunately, I could see immediately it wouldn't fit my taps. They packaging was poor on arrived, no bubble wrap or anything to protect the item, and just loads of clear sellotape wrapped very roughly, it didn't look great, as if they don't care, as a result the box was a bit squashed. I have tried to package it as best I could for the return, and hope I will get a refund. As this might be disputed if its not wrapped up right, which is ridiculous when it was sent to me poorly wrapped!

We purchased a number of bathroom items from Victorian Plumbing. The order was delivered on time and well packaged. Unfortunately one of the items, a wall hung cabinet was faulty. I accessed the online facility to report this and the customer services were very quick to respond. I supplied photos of the item and my issue was efficiently resolved by Thivi Thirumal from the Resolutions team and a replacement cabinet has been ordered. I’m very pleased with the level of service I received and would order from this company again.

All good - and plumber was happy with product

Granite sink cracked when Quooker engineer cut out the tap hole with a diamond hole cutter following their instructions online and after contacting Victorian plumbing which was a mission in itself (email in the end because of a terrible automated chat that kept crashing) I was told I have to wait up to 72hrs for a reply and it was an installation error and nothing could be done. No phone number and a bot chat. I had no choice but to buy another and £300 down the drain.
