Major leak in central heating loop called for an emergency plumber. Adam connected me to an engineer in my area and the problem was fixed within 2 hours of the initial phone call. Sure, you pay for the call-out, but that's fair enough. I don't work for free and wouldn't expect anybody else to either.

I've used AAISP for years now as they provide the best technical services of any ISP in the country. Having used 3x bonded FTTC lines for home working during the pandemic, FTTP became available in my area. Everything worked perfectly from the first test PPPoE connection with my Mac hooked up directly, then A&A migrated my existing IP ranges over to the new circuit in under 10 minutes. Smooth as silk from start to finish and can't recommend them enough as an ISP, particularly if you're a techie who wants access to the type of services you simply won't get from a mass market retail provider.

Friday morning started with the phrase, "the boiler is leaking". I called woolfoot, the lady in their office guessed the fault correctly over the phone. An engineer was here within 3 hours and did a great job getting us sorted. Excellent service!

Yet another amazing turkey from Copas! Disappointing to read some of the comments about feather stubs, folks should read up on this on the Copas FAQ page.

They use a completely different plucking technique to the supermarkets and such things are trivial to remove once cooked - if you even want/need to. Another case of supermarkets sacrificing quality for aesthetics in order to remove an inconsequential detail.

Truly appalling delivery company. Lies, lies and more lies. Excuses, incompetence and corporate greed. I do not recommend you EVER use this company and take the time to ask vendors whether they use them - if so, take your business elsewhere.

The local EVRi guy is fine, but the national logistics are absolutely and utterly appalling.

They've been fumbling with my package for over a week, they say "it's bigger than expected". Total lies. It's a picture frame, and despite ordering in good time I do not expect it to arrive before Christmas so a very good friend is going to be disappointed. I would never have ordered if I knew who was being used for the delivery. Pay close attention to Amazon/eBay sellers who offer free delivery and check who they use - it's depressing that it comes down to this.

My broadband had been awful for years due to distance from exchange/cabinet and no cable/fibre. Since COVID, 2 of us trying to work from home was just a horrible experience. A&A put 2 extra lines in, so now we've got 3 lines bonded together and it's quite literally changed our working lives whilst we're stuck at home.

Can't fault British Hardwoods at all. The product is top quality, the lead time was shorter than expected, plus they kindly accommodated my request for a long length of skirting board over their usual maximum so the finish in my kitchen is flawless.
