The attention and care of the staff was superb. I walked in and couldnt find a bra in my size so I asked a staff member. She immediately looks and me says "that's not your size lovely, would you consider a bra fitting". She was so reassuring, handed me a bra in a size closer to what she thought I was just by sight and showed me the changing rooms saying, pop that on and call me when you are in. I pressed that call button and a second lovely lady called Meredith arrived and looked over my fit and went to get a different size. We repeated this a few times, each time she carefully checked the fit and making conversation with me so I felt completely comfortable and so cared for (all whilst also helped two other women with their fitting at the same time with the same dedication and care!!) She was an absolute superstar. She asked me if I would consider change from padded to non-padded which I have never tried before and said it was 'music to her ears" when I agreed to try one. And she was so right!!! So turns out I'm not a D at all, I'm a G!! And I'm never going back to padded bras again! Thank you so much Meredith! You've made such a difference to my comfort and confidence and I am so grateful. You are amazing. I immediately brought two bras in my new size which she helped me find in-store and helped me find the matching sets too. As we were ringing up the items at the till, she and the first member of staff explained how I could find more styles online and joked how I must promise to bin all my wrong sized bras immediately! It was such a fun and eye-opening experience and I am so glad I walked into that store!

I purchased the 3 month deal as several people have recommended and I was impressed by the no risk in getting a refund if it made no difference. The order arrived swiftly with a collection of freebies. Ive had one or two interactions via email and been most impressed by responses, kindness and genuine interest in me as a person and my getting started with Elevate. Day 11 for me so early days to report on how it's making a difference. Happy to review again in the months to come. I bought chocolate and take in milk, hot ot cold. Delicious and low in calories without any nasty sugar replacement additives. My freebies included sachets of all flavours to try. The plain I understand is good in tea or coffee, neither of which I drink. I loved the vanilla too so ordering my next 3 month supply a month early so I can alternate between the chocolate and vanilla. I've lost nearly 6 stone in weight so I am hoping this will aid the firming up of skin together with the exercises I do. I also have multiple joint pain for several different reasons and hope it will help more with this alongside my pain free mindset diet. All in all very impressed with product and customer service so far. Thank you Sarah 💜

I don’t even think they care about their customers or their reviews. I bought a £400 machine 2 and half years ago from Curry’s and as usual I cleaned my machine. I put the infuser back in and it got stuck in the brewing position. I googled how to fix as customer services just said “ out of warranty 6 months. Extend for £150! No other answer! I am retired and bought what I thought a reliable expensive machine to last a while. No one warned me I was out of warranty although I registered my machine! I tried the simple fixes and no joy. Still red triangle warning. I go back to Delong! yesterday for repair and they say it will be £150! The same as warranty extension. Is everything £150. It could be simple. When i query it, she said claim from your home insurance then. What! I have read many complaints about the infusers failing on this model. I am absolutely saddened how they sell expensive machines and still want to squeeze more out of you. This should have lasted much longer.

I was having trouble registering for online access so called the Helpdesk. I only waited a couple of minutes before I was put through to Ronan. I explained the problem and he suggested an alternative approach. Ronan was extraordinarily patient, reassuring , very, very good at his job. It took a while for me to carry out the various steps but he stayed on the phone from start to finish and insisted that he do so. The whole process worked very smoothly. My first ‘live’ intersection with Fidelity was entirely successful, reassuring and it was a pleasure dealing with Ronan. I will not hesitate to call again if need be.

I had an excellent experience with this car wash based in Walthamstow. The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful from start to finish. Really happy with the service we received. Much cheaper than other quotes I looked at. The driver made contact before we left the UK with a photo of exactly where we would meet. He also made contact before our trip back to the airport (same driver). Would definitely recommend.
