I had the pleasure of speaking with Marcus, who was genuinely one of the loveliest and most helpful people I've dealt with. Recently gave the keys back on a property that had been vacant since Christmas 2025. It had an electric prepayment key meter. We topped it up £40-50 every few months to clear the standing charge debt on the meter and left the property with the electric on, and a balance of -£2. Received a final bill for £166. On a prepayment key meter. The adviser on the phone clearly didn’t understand how a key meter works and claimed with confidence we were using electricity through January and that I was clearly lying. She later admitted it was based on an estimated reading. How can Ovo bill someone £166 for a PREPAYMENT key meter? Complaint has been raised.

I had a wonderful experience with the OSCE nurse training Cambridge.The training was very well organised, informative and extremely helpful in preparing me for my OSCE exam. Shalu mam is supportive, knowledgeable and patient, explaining everything clearly and providing valuable guidance and practical tips. Their encouragement and dedication helped me build my confidence, improve my skills and successfully clear my OSCE exam. I am truly grateful for mam's support and guidance. I don't do these often and find myself thinking about how much I love my sleep mask last night after having it for about 4 months. And I really really love it. And I plan on bringing it on international travel. There was a defect in the original eye muff where one of the stickers came up that attached the muffs to the band and they replaced it with an upgraded version of the muffs for free. Great customer service. I just got laser eye surgery and these are amazing because they keep all of the pressure off of my eyes while still saying soft

I purchased a new all singing and dancing 3 drum Haier from Curry's. It was badly installed by curry's and is now faulty. I called Haier for advice, I spoke to the most lovely empathetic lady called Ren. Ren was absolutely wonderful, she listened to my concerns, she did everything in her power to help me, we had a bit of a laugh. Ren is brilliant! It was a pleasure speaking to her. About 80% of the art in my home is from this website, and I’m always getting compliments! Whenever people visit, they admire my artwork and ask where I found it. Their customer service is just as wonderful—one order arrived damaged, and they replaced it immediately. My only complaint? I wish I had more walls so I could order more!

Disappointing experience. You have to pay extra to choose your seat. In my case, changing to a different economy-class seat cost €62! Also, since recently, on European flights, hand luggage is no longer included in the ticket price. So, what exactly is the added value of flying with KLM compared with other, cheaper airlines?

I bought 204 pot grown Portuguese laurel. Ordering was easy. Delivery excellent. These arrived on the date I requested so I had time to prepare. And they were beautiful plants. Well packed on the pallet, bushy, slightly bigger than advertised and consistent. Every plant was excellent. Highly impressed.

Customer service was excellent. I accidently put the wrong shipping address initially and they got it corrected immediately. Once the shoes arrived (very quickly) and I tried them on, they were the most comfortable shoes I have ever had on my feet. They should be in every shoe store in the USA.
