Door bells
I would like to be able to paste my response as I post my feelings on a Currys complaint page.But very basically, driver knocked on front door, of a big house, we were in and he is on our security camera, we have a door bell, but driver did not use it and we , when we looked at front door saw a card saying no response, this is very annoying, and tried to get it sorted.I felt like cancelling order, but only person that hurts is myself, it was a smartphone,1.5 k in value.I am so annoyed and cannot express my feelings.

My parcel was stolen because I wasn't…
My parcel was stolen because I wasn't aware it was left in a communal area. By the time I went to collect it, it was gone.
Not happy as it was a birthday present and now it's going to be delayed.

Poor Delivery
Didn’t come in time to use. Also was left on doorstep in view for anyone to take, they lied saying it was given to me as no one was in and the photo they took isn’t anywhere on my road!!!!!

Next day delivery did not happen
I ordered direct from Dyson and it said next day delivery. My 82 year old dad waited in all day and the item was not delivered even though I received a text message saying it had been received by DPD . It finally came the next day after a text from DPD saying it was to be delivered 1.30-2.30 pm . Dates are item ordered on Friday 4 th September supposing delivery Saturday 5 th September actual delivery Sunday 6 th September. I will be complaining to Dyson

Excellent Service
Since I have recently undergone major abdominal surgery, my regular DPD driver, Tafari, has gone above and beyond. He is always polite and friendly anyway, but when I informed him I cannot carry any heavy parcels, he has ensured that all deliveries have been carried to where I need them. That's excellent service.
