It took two days of repeated ringing to get through to ovo but when i did get an answer the customer service was excellent

For the first time I'm going to give 5 stars only because of the lady who was called Michelle, who helped me today. She went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue that had been going on since January.

Originally signed up to British Gas many years ago and, down the years, have followed through to OVO! Still find them my best option for supply, service and disability attention. Had supply installed when I moved into older property that only had electric 35 years or so ago. But it was difficult then to locate a domestic gas cooker. (About that time I knew of 2 aged friends with older gas connections who received rapid help when their aged supply began to leak!)

Kirsten was amazingly good and fully explained everything to me unlike the person last week!!
She took time to help and explain everything to me for which I was very grateful as I am in my eighties!! Please thank her.
