Fast answered call and very helpful consultant
Reasonably quick answered my call an advisor named Jordan. After me telling the issue I had he straight away explained the problem and talked me though the solution. Everything got sorted very easily. And answered other questions,I had regarding my ev charging. Also my baby was noisy in the background so he offered for my address to be put on priority list in case of emergency, which i did not even know that is possible. Very happy overall with the customer service.

It’s was a pleasant surprise how easy changing our gas and electric supplier with Octopus. Rates are the best on the market and the same goes for the customer support/sales team.

Taylor W was amazingly attentive throughout the process of getting my gas meter changed.
I have nothing but praise for the whole experience. The meter has needed replacing for a while and I have got nowhere with contact of private companies so turned to Octopus for a resolution. Taylor was on the ball from the start. He understood the needs and requirements and sorted out the replacement meter, dates and engineer with speed and little fuss, putting our safety first. The job was first class thanks to Taylor - he's a keeper for Octopus!

Smart meter placement
We had a problem over installation and placement of a smart meter. Lisa contacted me and appreciated the way I'd raised the point and told me clearly what steps she would take. She clarified what I needed to do with my supplier and once resolved she guided me through the rest of the process . It was like having once hand held. I was very impressed.

I was offered a home mini but was not informed at that time that the home mini would take 9ish months to arrive.
Also after raising ticket I was still not informed how long the device might take arrive, which is disappointing.

Very happy with change of supply company
I have been with another company for over 15 years and I was reluctant to change. The Octopus staff member in the Metro Centre fully explained all the tariffs and benefits of joining your company really well, which made my decision to move supply company very easy.
He was very knowledgeable, relatable and friendly.
