I was connected to an agent named "Janet", who was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered all of my questions patiently, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided clear explanations throughout the process. Thanks to her excellent support, I completed the switch and am now an Octopus Energy customer.

Jack helped us resolve an outstanding account issue, quickly and efficiently within a few minutes. SO REFRESHING to talk to a professional well trained team member rather than some stupid AI Robot.
