Ibrar dealt with my enquiry and he was…

Ibrar dealt with my enquiry and he was spot on . My enquiry was dealt with in a quick manner he was friendly and explained everything to me in simple terms . However a word of warning about Outfox : about a year ago I had a terrible experience where I threatened to go to Ofgem . It was only when my complaint was taken seriously handled by Hetl that the matter finally got resolved . I am now a happy bunny with Outfox but I will never ever ever phone their customer service line to be kept waiting an hour and get responses from a trained parrot , my stress levels went through the roof . But just to recap I am now very happy with Outfox .

Very sympathetic to change in circumstances

Came to Outfox today to explain a change in personal circumstances and the agent was most sympathetic. She altered my DD and without prompt offered a partial refund of my credited balance. The agent was very thorough in explaining when I would be able to get in touch to review my tariff in order to maximise my savings.

There communication is really poor

There communication is really poor. They just give you a quick answer. I don't know if their agents have targets to "resolve" issues quickly, but it has resulted in them arranging the wrong technicians coming to my property repeatedly.
