Bike came exactly as described happy…
Bike came exactly as described happy overall service, delivery was delayed but that was due to apc not rm. Only downside i emailed about sizing and took a few days but I got a phone call after to confirm but by then I done my research and bought it anyway. Bike was very well packed and a very good price

So ive just bought a new helmet from…
So ive just bought a new helmet from them... the ad read medium/large no other option like med or large.. they then never sent me any tracking deets i had to ask them for it.. once it arrived it was a medium helmet... way too small for my big bonce.. so i then emailed about returns and to question if they have it in large or not or if they have any other viable options.. to no reply.. its now been 4 days and still nada

Hi Luke, sorry you're not happy with your experience. Regarding tracking; You were sent an email ( to the address you used for this review) on 25.10.2026 at 09:25 confirming your order and then another at 10:40 on the 26.10.2026 confirming dispatch which included the tracking link. Then on 27.10.2026 at 09:00 you were sent an email asking for a review which you responded too. I have no idea why you didn't see the tracking details email, but did see the review email. With regard to the helmet size that is Troy Lee Designs sizing . If the helmet doesn't fit, as you know,you can return it for a refund. Obviously that you broke the helmet when re-packing it makes the situation more complex but please do call us and I'm sure we'll be able to resolve this. With regard to your comment about a 4 day delay; you sent your last email at 19:46 on a thursday. It is now 10:00 on Monday so it has been marginally over 1 working day ( notwithstanding that our customer care guy was ill on Friday) This is within our usual maximiun repsonse time of 2 working days.

Swift turn around
After purchasing a bike I was very happy with the effort made to wrap it and protect it for delivery by the courier. Also the bike arrived in a 24hr window which was great.

I ordered some Castelli overshoes in my size as they were available to select and purchase. However, unbeknown to me, the transaction was automatically cancelled. When I waited a few days and realised I hadn’t yet received an email to confirm the item had been despatched, I sent an email querying it. I was told that my order was cancelled because they didn’t have the item in stock and that I should have been contacted to explain this. I wasn’t contacted to explain this so it was not a particularly positive experience. My size in the overshoes shouldn’t have been listed as available if they were out of stock. Not good customer service.
