Storage was goldilocks not too big not too small.
I got helpfull advice about the size of storage space needed.
Trolleys and lifts were available to make loading and unloading easy.
The facility was indoors and dry which protected my books.
The security provided was effective and reassuring.
Staff were professional and helpful.

Initially rented the container to…
Initially rented the container to facilitate a housemove but ended up renting it for 15 months. Was shown different sizes of container to suit my requirements. The process was extremely straightforward and the staff were extremely helpful throughout the process including ending the contract when I no longer required their services incuding a prompt return of my deposit. Never had a problem with the secure access. Would definately recommend.

Great facility
Great facility!
Used the container for about 15 months. Easy access at any time with good security. The goods stored were dry and dust free when taken out.
Reasonable cost and would not hesitate to use again.

A successful 6 months of secure storage.
I booked a storage unit with O'Briens in East Boldin to solve a temporary storage problem. The unit was clean, spacious, easily accessible and I had total confidence in the security system. It was a very successful 6 months. At the end of that period my deposit was refunded with speed. Well done O'Briens.

So good I've used them twice

Storing items before a house move
We used a container to store items before a house move. The container was very clean. The staff I spoke to were lovely and very helpful. The emails and instructions on usage and pass code entry were very clear. I was very happy in the knowledge my items were safe and secure and there are a lot of cameras and staff do regular patrols of the site which was very reassuring. All in all a great service and very easy to use. Would highly recommend

Excellent service. We used a container while we were inbetween house's. Our furniture was in perfect condition when we eventually moved into our new home. Excellent communication and excellent price .

Both Lee and John are great guys very customer focussed. No hard sales Nothing is a problem for them they do everything to support and re assure you with the transition and also very heloful with any queries whilst renting. Genuinely decent, knowledgeable and helpful.
