Been with them for lest that a year
Been with them for lest that a year. The price went from 19 to 41 overnight. Don't waste your time. Their response was incorrect, the introduction rate was actually £13.70 and went upto £20 after the 8 weeks in March. In June it went upto around £35 and in October it is around £41. This had nothing to do with introduction offer, more like a company that offers small then extorts their customers.

When you first signed up, you would have benefited from our 75% introductory discount for the first 8 weeks. The promotional period and the standard weekly rate that applies afterwards are clearly outlined during the booking process.
We understand that moving from a discounted introductory rate to the standard rate can feel like a significant increase, but this is not an unexpected price rise. It is the end of the promotional offer agreed at the start of the rental.
That being said, we're always happy to review our existing customers' prices and see whether we can offer a more competitive weekly rate.

It was so easy to get a storage unit
It was so easy to get a storage unit, book on line then you get your a unit number and a PIN code and your ready to go.
It’s just a few easy steps to get started.
When I got to the unit I was very impressed with the quality of security, gate having to know your car registration number, this has to be registered on line.
The place is very safe and secure.
The unit is a great size and everything from house fitted in with no problems.
Iv been to the unit with the house furniture and to get in I just had to add the number plate to my account and it let the van in with no delay or issues. 100% recommend pink storage.

Turned out to be a rats nest on thin tracks between containers.
Very easy to be blocked ahead and behind.

We're disappointed to receive a one-star review, particularly as you mentioned that the container was clean and the security was excellent.
Just to clarify, we do not currently operate a storage facility in Fenton, so we're unsure where this location was advertised. Our Stoke site is the location available for booking.
Regarding your comments about rats, our site is cleaned and inspected weekly, and we have received no reports of rat nests or similar issues at this location. We take cleanliness and pest control seriously, so this is certainly not something we would ignore.
We appreciate your comments regarding the access routes between containers and will take this feedback on board.
It's a shame that your overall experience resulted in a one-star rating, especially given the positive aspects you highlighted. Nevertheless, we appreciate all feedback and will continue working to improve our facilities.

Enterance and lack of automated gate and any ability to keep the gate open is pretty poor, it’s a race against time to get through before wind blows the gate into your car!

Simple Booking and Great Storage Unit
Overall, the process with PinkStorage was easy, straightforward, and hassle-free. Booking was simple: you pay for the unit, pay a refundable deposit, and then receive your storage container number.
The only aspect that could be improved is the ability to choose the unit location before booking. I had to move the contents of an entire apartment, and my unit turned out to be on the first floor. Carrying everything up a flight of stairs made the move much more challenging than expected.
The website mentions convenient drive-up access, but my unit was located around ten units down on the first floor, so it wasn't quite as convenient as I'd hoped.
That said, I was very pleased with the storage unit itself and the overall booking process. Everything worked as described, and the service was smooth from start to finish.
It would be great if there were an option to select a ground-floor unit when booking, especially for customers moving larger quantities of items.Despite that, I would happily use PinkStorage again and would recommend them to others.
