Great Hosting Service
Pretty good so far Philip the Cat helped me out when I had a problem trying to install a plugin. He was very patience and help server runs smooth and ever issue I have is always met with quick help would recommend to friends.

Customer support is fantastic. Usually, it's an abysmal AI chatbot but my ticket was instantly switched over to Jazmin, a real person who solved my problem in like 10 minutes. I'll never switch up on mintservers.

I have been through many Servers host in the past
all had good service and amazing timely help but the problem always came down to Price.
Mintz Is the first game Servers that are Affordable and Good! two things that never go together ever. But with MintServers Starting from Minecraft they are Expanding and constantly improving they're features
They are most knowledge about the games suggesting they aren't just filling seats at a desk they care about helping.
The switch feature is the most customer friendly feature a gamer could as for... the ability to switch a game from one game to another on the fly just a few click and a few mins later and your on DayZ or Palworld when you were just on Minecraft. How many servers is that you'd have to buy from other sites like Fragnet,GXDeluxe, And Nitro...Let us switch more to a game you support! The others are still playing catch up.
