I previously bought your photoshop 2021 for 2 different machines. The both recently quit working. I wrote to you about that and got no response. I just bought your bundle of photoshop 2020, and acrobat. Photoshop will not load. I have used photoshop for over 20 years . I'm not pleased with this.

I purchased Acrobat DC to use on a new computer but initially had some major install problems. Jodi at Mm3 was very quick to respond even over the weekend and the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with the service I got both from Mm3 and Jodi in particular and all is working well. I highly recommend Mm3. Thank you.

I think it’s great that Mm3digital continues to look after its customers even after the sale! When Photoshop 2021 suddenly started crashing repeatedly, I was given instructions on how to prevent this. Many thanks to Jodi from the support team!
The solution: block Photoshop 2021’s internet access!

While item is great the instructions for them are not as straight forward for computer literate.

I bought 1 Adobe license for a M3 processor MACOS based on the description that works on these machines. Later in they informed me that works only on Intel-based computers........

I purchased a license for windows 11 pro
An issue arose, and I asked support for help.
They responded immediately, and with Jodi's assistance, the problem was resolved right away.

I am not able to activate my products without signing for an automtic renewal. I do not want to do that.

The support is readily available and Elena gave an immediate response with why the issue was happening provided a link to how to adjust settings and resolve - we’re 99% there and I’m up and running the 1% is probably me and have no hesitation in recommending MM3

Adobe Acrobat was working flawlessly for quite awhile when suddenly a notice popped up saying (In Spanish) I can't use it and shut down Acrobat. I tried everything, even reloading. I finally contacted these great guys who answered immediately and gave me detailed instructions to fix it. Now it's a running as it should. Thank you Elena for your prompt assistance.
