While to checkout process was easy, they download process was awful. It was not easy following the directions in the email. I do not have computer vocabulary, which made it very difficult to follow. Thankfully my husband is IT guy and took over the process. I would not recommend to the average person.

Product key is working fine. Received it in seconds with very clear instructions, both text and video. Highly recommended.

I got one key for office 2019 and one key for Win 10. There was a problem with key for Win, but they sent a new one that was OK. I hope that Microsoft will not black list the keys...

Absolute scam. I bought an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate code from them, but they sent me a random, generic 20-character code. Xbox redemption codes should be 25 characters, so the code they provided is clearly not what I paid for.

I have emailed them multiple times, but they have not responded at all. this is a scam. Avoid buying from them.

filed a claim, twice but never got any reply.

I could not activate the game because the procedure was too complicated. I then couldn't get a refund because I had downloaded the activation information.

I got two keys, one for Win 11 Pro and another for the Office Pro Plus LTSC 2024, both of which worked twice on the same laptop at an unbelievably low price.

So my first order, key didn't work. Chat support was just a bot, I did after a couple of emails get a replacement code that did work. So mixed experience on my first order.

Just made another acquisition for Microsoft Server and it does not get any faster and easier to receive your order then this organization. You have a question, a response is quick and intelligent.

I bought a Battle.net Gift. It Said on the Site Instant delivery. I had to wait 72 hours for the Gift.
I asked support Why they try misslead people, they said the link to redeem was sent instantly but i have to wait 72 hours to actually get it.
Thats a funny way to trick customers into buying.
Wont buy here again.

I Buy Heart of Iron 4 CD Key, Website Says That It Can Be Activate In My Country, But When I Tried Activate In Steam, It Says: Activation Filed Because This Key Can’t Be Activate In Your Country.

Support Servise Is Very Bad For This Issue. I Never Buy Anything From This Site.
