The customer support was clear and…
The customer support was clear and concise throughout the process. I was also offered an 8% discount, without which I would have had to pay extra to resolve my issue. A place for improvement I would like to mention would be the time taken for each response. During the entire back and forth procedure, the earliest response I received came about 2 hours from my last reply, and about 3-4 hours on an average. I understand there might be a long queue of customers waiting for support and managing everything with a limited number of employees might be tough, but please do keep in mind many customers are on clock to get their issues resolved in order to move forward with their plans. Other than that, everything went super smooth.
