How it worked out for me.
Made my 1st purchase from this site back in summer of ‘24. Signed up w/an account in Nov of the same year and have been using these guys ever since for Xbox Live subscription digital cards. There’s definitely a learning curve if you’ve never used sites like this and at the time Eneba did nothing to train you on how to use their site efficiently. Throughout the time I’ve had 2 separate issues where codes didn’t work but this last time I couldn’t NOT do anything so tried to create a “ticket” for support and man oh man is that one of the most tedious support tickets I’ve ever made online. After doing their process twice, an AI responds, rather quickly, through email denying my claim. I explained in detail since their ticket process didn’t express my complaint accurately, but another AI responds quickly with essentially the same message. Tried the chat option and it’s AI giving me even more useless info for my situation.
Aside from no onboarding when you 1st get on, my other big issue is they boast about being able to store your purchased codes in their library and use it whenever you want but both times I purchased ahead of needing them, the codes did not work. My leading theories are there are hackers targeting these accounts with idle codes and use them before the customer does or it’s Eneba themselves selling the codes off again but either way there’s a serious lack of customer protection on this site so my advice is NEVER buy a code from these guys unless you’re ready to use it the same day!
Last tidbit, they have a rewards system where you earn Eneba dollars from your purchases. Had over $14 dollars in that rewards bucket and for whatever reason I couldn’t use it to purchase an $11 product code I felt they owed me from this terrible support interaction but couldn’t even do that because in their system apparently over $14 is not enough to pay for $11 smh. I’m done with all these types of sites and decided to subscribe to game pass in order to save myself the hassle.
