Responsive and helpful
Windows/Office app installation is never simple but thanks to the helpful and responsive staff, everything worked out as expected. After running into some initial trouble, I emailed for help. Within the hour, we exchanged 5 or 6 emails and that solved the problem. This is the second license I have purchased from the company for different platforms and I am very happy with the purchases and experiences with the support staff. For the uninitiated, you have to follow the instructions very, very carefully, with attention to the terminologies. I realized that after after seeking help. Either way, great experience.

Purchased three keys from this site...was already activated!
Purchased three keys from this site, each key came up saying it was already activated. Contacted the service, they told me to activate by phone but when using that feature, North America and/or United States is not in the drop down menu. They then said to a sketch activation site. They are reselling the same keys and that is fraudulent in nature. They have you phone in activation to bypass the legitimacy of the original activation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SERVICE. User a more reputable supplier like VIP-SCDkey.They do nothing to resolve the issue but dance around the activation issue and my three keys have NEVER been able to be used or activated.

W10 LTSE keys worked great
We have been using W10 LTSE on installs that run older programs that are not happy on W11.
My activation keys were available quickly-no problems with Amex payment, and one key is already in use and activated with no problems.
On a previous purchase I received a duplicate key. customer service responded instantly and provided a new key that also worked great.
